Motivation is the driving force that pushes us towards our goals and aspirations. It is the fuel that keeps us going even when things get tough. When we are motivated, we are more likely to be productive and achieve our desired outcomes. Motivation also helps us to stay focused and determined towards our goals, even in the face of challenges and setbacks. A positive inner mojo, on the other hand, is the energy and enthusiasm that we carry within ourselves. It is the inner voice that tells us to keep going, to stay positive, and to believe in ourselves. A positive inner mojo is essential for our overall well-being, as it helps us to maintain a healthy mental state and cope with stress and anxiety. Maintaining a positive inner mojo requires a conscious effort to stay motivated and inspired. One way to do this is by writing out our goals, words of positive self-description and affirmations and working towards living and achieving them. Mojovation is the intersection of inner Mojo and Motivation and is designed to be interactive and engaging. Each day, open your book to a new page, read the deep thought, quote or affirmation on the left-hand page and then use the right-hand page to write the words that best define who you are (as many as you want) followed by writing out your goals and/or affirmations. Keep your goals to 2-3 so that you can provide ample time to achieve each one.
