Camel-ong Cowboy is a quirky Christmas song with a catchy tune and easy-to-read lyrics. It features a “poor, lonesome cowboy”, who sings to his unlikely steed, a camel, while driving his cattle across the prairies. The colourful illustrations depict both the cowboy’s somewhat bored existence and the great comfort he derives from the loyalty, resilience, determination and endurance of his smelly, dribbly companion.
