I've written over 65 books, created a training program in Germanic Magic, and now I decided to explore skaldic poetry by translating my book: "The Norse Gods and Their Myths," into a poetic edition. I don't claim to be a great poet. This book has been a disciplined exercise for personal growth. If Asatru is to become a "living religion," then we can't continuously harp back to works of literature that are a thousands of years old. We need modern-day skalds writing new Eddas about the Gods. I humbly submit this book of poetry as an attempt on my part to do just that. I do hope it will inspire you to write your own poetry.

The Falin Crisis is a full-length novel based on Robert Blumetti's series "Galactic Affairs," that can be found at scifiimperium.com. Deep in space six alien civilizations must deal with a crisis that has the potential of plunging the entire known section of the galaxy into an interstellar war when the Hykosan Empire attacks the Elaman Hive and occupies the Falin system. The conflict threatens to escalate as other space-faring civilizations; the Ellasan Federation, the United Planets of Regulus, the Planetary Union of Sargon and the Tallusan Confederation are drawn into the conflict. Representatives of all six civilizations must deal with the escalating crisis through diplomacy, espionage and civil war in a frenetic effort to prevent the crisis from engulfing the entire interstellar community. The Falin Crisis is an excellent introduction to Blumetti's Galactic Affairs. It not only is a fast-paced and exciting story that will draw you into the many plots and subplots, but it allows you to explode each unique civilization, its culture and history that comprise the universe of Galactic Affairs. You can view the Galactic Affairs space map and many illustrations at scifiimperium.com.

Blumetti has used his extensive knowledge of history to explore alternative histories. He has not stretched the imagination, but rather tried to explode alternative outcomes that actually could have happened. In 1769 Napoleon's parents almost fled Corsica to the American colonies, by way of England, but decided to remain on their island. But what would have happened if they had settled in New York, just a few months before Napoleon was born? Blumetti also explores what might have happened if the Germans had attacked Moscow, instead of Stalingrad, in 1942, or what if the Japanese had entered the Second World War in 1940, instead of 1941. What if the Allies, in World War One, were victorious in 1916, or if Bismarck had united Germany and Austria in 1866? These and other counter factorial histories are explored in What If?: Alternative Historical Tielines.

Progressive America grew out of my book Lincoln Lives Lincoln Lives ends with the rise of progressivism in the United States in 1920. It peeked my curiosity of just what kind of America the progressives would have created if their movement had not been aborted and co-oped by the socialists and communists in the 1930s. In Progressive America, I hypothesis on the type of society the progressives would have created, and not what I hoped they would have created. You might find that the progressives were very different from the so-called progressive movement of today. In 1930s the Progressive Party was captured by socialists/communists and ever since the word "progressive" has been used as a false face for every leftist movement from liberalism to socialism. You will be surprised to discover that people and movements that are today associated with either the extreme right or the extreme left were all part of the progressive movement of 1880 to 1930.
