My daughter's entire life lasted 7217 days. Her Death is the reason I write. This intense journey has caused me to search for answers. I ask daily and have found that my questions are answered. Now after three years of walking this rocky path, I am able to find ways to shift my own perspective into one of total acceptance and understanding. I have learned many tricks along the way and will share a few with you in these pages. I hope to inspire you to embrace you own personal struggles. To see the beauty in each moment. Venerable, naked, and exposed I walk proudly and joyfully on the shore of my life. This new world is magically liberating. After losing my 19-year-old daughter in a car accident one week before Christmas 2018, my entire universe shifted. The pain of the experience has opened me to a new place of authentic expression, love, and wonder. I feel connected to life in a profound way and have wanted to share with others. In this second year of grieving I have leaded that life has many ups and downs. the path can be rocky feeling like a treacherous mountain climb, or smooth and slippery plunging me into an abyss of emotion. Some days I have to hold on for dear life and some days I just sleep. I the midst of all of this turmoil I am left with is the deepest desire to move gracefully through the storm. I want to dance to the howling wind, taste the water droplets on my tongue and laugh whole-heartedly at he perfectly placed chaos. It's all chaps. Lovely ripples of gorgeous chaos.
