It's 1933. The jazz age is in full swing. With Prohibition about to end, Hirsh Rosenburg and Edward Higgins open The Mayflower Club, an illegal speakeasy catering to wealthy Washington, DC, elite and local politicians.Fast forward almost 40 years and, on his deathbed, Edward tries to convince his nephew, Clarence, that there's "a load of cash" hidden in the club.
