When the village of Vrindavan is inundated with torrential rains sent by the furious king of heaven, Gopal displays his divinity by lifting Govardhan Hill and saving the cows and all of the inhabitants of Vrindavan. Indra is humbled and offers prayers to Gopal, accepting him as the Supreme Person.
