This is why he always puts " human rights " at the heart of his actions.

Infatti, per riprendere le parole del famoso docente-ricercatore di diritto dell'Universit Thomas Sankara, Luc Marius Ibriga, "Ma tre Halidou Ou draogo costituisce un punto di riferimento e deve continuare a darci questo esempio di coraggio e impegno ". Quello che ha fatto e continua a fare non va perso perch un'azione profonda, un'azione per rendere i giovani consapevoli di ci che l'impegno pu avere come conseguenza, ma che permette di realizzarsi come essere umano.Conosciuto affettuosamente come "il Rosso o l'Albino ", presiedeva le sorti della magistratura dell'Alto Volta, oggi Burkina Faso. Nel corso della sua carriera di magistrato e avvocato, ha condotto una nobile lotta per la difesa, la tutela e la promozione dei diritti umani.Dotato di uno spirito libero e indipendente, Halidou Ou draogo sente che gli stata affidata una missione divina: " essere utile al suo popolo... a tutti i popoli che lottano per la loro libert e dignit " . Per questo motivo mette sempre i "diritti umani" al centro del suo lavoro.
