This is a collection of poetry that contains ideas and thoughts that stem from one single word. The word is powerful and can be interpreted by many in many different ways. This is simply my take on what those words mean to me

This book of poetry is a raw look into the mind of someone in recovery from an eating disorder. All of the poems are written during a period of intensive treatment. Each poem is from a different stage of recovery, and not a linear recovery in any way. This book is meant to share real struggles in hopes that others won't feel alone in their recovery.
