You see, his life hasn't gone the way he planned it. He's 40, single, practically asocial, and not very good with women. Right now, he's working to affect the lives of middle and high school kids, get a life, and most of all, get a girl. Sitting in a classroom for 10 years, followed by researching and writing a dissertation for another year and a half, severely retarded his ability to talk to the females, at least if you ask him.
