Shenoah is a compilation of wise enlightened thought, journaled by Dr. Ted Coffman as he sat on the back porch of his ranch house at the Crystal Star Ranch, nestled across the Crystal River, at the base of Mt. Sopris, just down valley from Aspen, CO. The mountain was said by Native American Legend to be a "Sacred Mountain" because the shaman from several tribes met there to share remedies for all The People. It was also folklore that the tribes would not do battle within sight of the majestic monolith, out of respect for The Great Spirit.
