You do not encounter resistance, that is, pain and uncertainty in daily life because you have done something wrong or because somebody else has done something wrong or because you have lesser capacity or lesser knowledge or because there is some thing wrong in the System of the Universe- it is an indication to you to know, to see the Truth of Existence.Fundamental question is framed within you, arises within you-when you are stuck up and are not able to cover up or find a logical, rational, satisfactory explanation in respect of 'what is happening' or 'what is troubling you'.

Solutions can not 'end' the problem. You have to understand the problem making mechanism to end it. Mind seeks satisfaction through the solution of the problem. It says, 'take me out of the problem, uneasiness'. Can one see that this is a new problem? And this problem raises its head every time one faces an unfavourable situation. To understand this (new) problem is to end it. The end of it is the end of the problem making mechanism. You can save yourself physically. But you can not save yourself psychologically.

The basic human predicament can not be solved by any positive explanation or statement. It is rested when you notice it. There is only one step; you have to disregard silently, spontaneously the relief offered by books, gurus, techniques, various entertainments and so on against your present state, which you call unsatisfactory. No one can be essentially unhappy unless one is in immediate physical danger. One is just talking about unhappiness, trying to escape psychological uncomfortableness by ideas, explanations. You can save yourself physically. But you can not save yourself psychologically. Clearly seeing this lets one drop the issue of happiness. One regains one's supremacy.

And this problem raises its head every time one faces an unfavourable situation. To understand this (new) problem is to end it. The end of it is the end of the problem making mechanism.

Whatever comes before you is related to you, whether you like it or dislike it. It does not exist independent of you. When you see the inevitability of this relationship, this bondage-the current of life touches you.You can not find the Original as an object. As the investigation will always require a subject-object format. What ever comes before you including stars, galaxies and so on can not be the source. It is an object. It can have some use, function. To come to the source, the subject (you) is also to be included. To see that subject-object is a singular process rests all seeking.

One is stressed as one wants to feel satisfied, relieved about future, about result now. Unless one is in immediate physical danger- what one calls struggle is only through thinking. There is no struggle in actual action, in actual movement. If you notice that you are struggling through thinking only and are trying to find stable relief, struggle vanishes as stable relief through thinking is not possible. One is now attuned to supreme relaxation, attuned to actuality from moment to moment.
