To study the five basic elements is to study the foundation of the Organic Nature of Spirituality. The basic Elements are: Fire, Air, Earth, Water, and Ether. All other elements are formed out of combinations and activities of the five basic elements. All phases of character development throughout all forms of Matter can only take place through the Elements. All connection to and understanding of what makes everything tick is held in trust by the Elements, with access denied based on the levels of each humans character development. All forms of connection take place through the elements, and the knowledge of how this takes place is held in trust by the elements, the Mother, the Principle of fusion.
Cowboy Johnson's Desert Oasis Mama and the 57' Mercury
Fleeing a desperate situation in her 57' Mercury, Mama and her 12 year old daughter Geena head south hoping to start a new life. In the middle of a desert in New Mexico, they stop at a gas station and grocery store, formerly a little white church. Parked in a 59' pink Cadillac convertible at the side of the store under the only shade tree for miles around sits a woman crying loud enough to break the sound barrier. The store owner, the mysterious Cowboy Johnson, steps out and urges them to help her. Mama and Geena, both being psychics who specialize in running away and appreciating land yachts, are hooked. The "Desert Store" adventures begin in book one with the gradual gathering of a group of lost, hiding out, secret laden, recipe holding, mostly psychic misfits moving into the desert store. When the store is full and running over with misfits, isolates and hermits, in self defense, William the Dude and Cowboy Johnson build a motel, restaurant, and gift shop, and name it Cowboy Johnson's Desert Oasis. The misfits build a life together, then each one moves on, one after the other, as time passes. But they return to the store each year for Christmas, back to the roots they grew together to celebrate and strengthen each other for the new year ahead. An old fashioned read, one to be savored; a story from an era of time rich in two lane blacktopped roads, land yachts, and the many roads leading to endless love.
The Red Cactus Desert Geena and the '59 Dodge Lancer
Twelve year old Geena escapes the clutches of her Shadow-tainted father and the town that supports him. Fleeing south with Mama in a 57' Mercury, they stop at a desert store in New Mexico. Having inherited the Sight from Mama, she immediately knows the store is her new home, and Cowboy Johnson, the owner, is the good father she needs. Now she has protection and a family - and love at first sight - when she meets Ray Makepeace. More misfits settle into the store. But families carry both strengths and weaknesses and the misfits have plenty of both. Geena and Ray's love is in for a bumpy ride. Normaine won't marry beautiful, dapper Eddy. Mama is terrified of returning Cowboy Johnson's steadfast, calm love. William the Dude Makepeace makes troubling decisions based on his arthritis. Still, love will have its way, traveling the many paths it takes to stay true to the soul each misfit carries. Interspersed here and there are children's stories the author is currently making into children's books. Geena's coming of age story is an inspiring tale of innocence and courage.
