Living a Bulletproof Life: Fighting the Right Fight. Using the Right Weapons.
Living A Bulletproof Life is a commission, a command and a commendation to the nation. Written by one of our nations hidden treasures and Generals of the Word of God and Spiritual Warfare, this work embodies the essence of what is needed to build an arsenal in the mind for every battle life may bring. Living A Bulletproof Life evokes and recalibrates a myriad of emotions, self actualizing considerations and so much more It is written with a practical voice ad a lasting impact. It is truly a work that will open the eye of our nation's economy as well as build bridges for our nations disenfranchised population. Living A Bulletproof Life is one of many of heaven's tools of pressure, persistence and perseverance.

Iris Murdoch is well-known for her moral philosophy, especially for the light it sheds on the inner life. This Element focuses on the political significance and contours of Murdoch's ethics. Its chief aim is to illuminate the affinities between Murdoch's concept of the individual and the Enlightenment ideal of a society in which people live together as free equals. There are five sections in this Element. Section 1 provides context for the discussion. Section 2 compares what Murdoch calls the liberal and naturalistic outlooks and argues that she develops a modified version of the naturalistic outlook to better support an Enlightenment sensibility. Sections 3 and 4 examine the three main features of Murdoch's 'naturalized' individual. Section 3 considers the individual's uniqueness and transcendence. Section 4 considers the individual's knowability through love. Section 5 offers some concluding remarks.

The death of Nelson Mandela on 5 December 2013 was in a sense a wake-up call for South Africans, and a time to reflect on what has been achieved since `those magnificent days in late April 1994’ (as the editors of this volume put it) `when South Africans of all colours voted for the first time in a democratic election’. In a time of recall and reflection it is important to take account, not only of the dramatic events that grip the headlines, but also of other signposts that indicate the shape and characteristics of a society. The New South African Review looks, every year, at some of these signposts, and the essays in this fourth volume of the series again examine and analyse a broad spectrum of issues affecting the country. They tackle topics as diverse as the state of organised labour; food retailing; electricity generation; access to information; civil courage; the school system; and – looking outside the country to its place in the world – South Africa’s relationships with north-east Asia, with Israel and with its neighbours in the southern African region. Taken together, these essays give a multidimensional perspective on South Africa’s democracy as it turns twenty, and will be of interest to general readers while being particularly useful to students and researchers.

A view of the eons or of the ages When the sovereignties and authorities and powers of the universe were created, they were of spirit only, having no comprehension of righteousness or salvation and, least of all, faith to know God. Their souls were eternal and could not die a final death. God knew He must provide a way for them to enter a dying state and then become a new creation, one that would come to know God by their own faith. He made the eons in Christ Jesus, a world of tangible and visible substance, which could be seen and heard and touched. He brought the souls of those beings into the eons to place them in human bodies. God made Adam and placed him in the garden of Eden. He told Adam not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for the day he disobeyed Him, he would begin to die. When Adam ate of that tree, he did begin to die. Every human being after Adam inherited the same dying state. These are souls of celestial beings having become the souls of humanity. Paul termed this process, both the powerful operation of God and the untraceable riches of Christ (see Eph. 3:7B-12). This was the multifarious wisdom of God acting in accord with the purpose of the eons and made in Christ Jesus our Lord. Now when Jesus has placed all his enemies under his feet and hands the entire kingdom over to his God and Father, those celestial beings shall be nullified. They will have become swallowed up by humanity and become an all new creation, and God shall be All in all. See 1 Corinthians 15:24-28. ECT

My life was going nowhere. So, I decided to buy an accordion. I already had a banjo. My watch told me that it was four o'clock, still time for another margarita, on the rocks...with salt. Then I'd head over to the pawn shop across the street for a looksee. An accordion is a beautiful thing. And I figured if I could find a woman who liked the accordion as much as I did, we could automatically skip to the important stuff. I'd come to the Tip-Top-Tap earlier than usual, hoping to avoid the young skinny pants dudes and see-through-you girls who started to arrive at the Tap around five-thirty. Fifi was behind the bar. Fifi had once been a man, but she had transitioned a few years back, just around the time she helped me out of a very bad situation. Ever since then we'd been pals. Tall-especially in heels-curvy and red-haired, I'd even asked her out once or twice. She was a very pretty woman. But Fifi said she had a policy of not getting involved with the clientele. So, we stayed just pals. Besides, I was too old for her.
