La situaci n de violencia e impunidad que prevalece en el territorio nacional se debe seguramente a la falta de pol ticas adecuadas en el combate al crimen organizado, al reflexionar respecto a las medidas implementadas por el Gobierno de M xico para evitar el problema. Se puede observar que una acci n eficaz ser a la incautaci n de los recursos econ micos obtenidos il citamente. Con ello se debilitar an significativamente las organizaciones criminales. Se piensa que la medida m s eficaz para lograr minimizar la acci n criminal ha sido proporcionada en el concierto de las naciones ya que existe un instrumento legal que consiste en una serie de 40 recomendaciones que al ser implementadas impedir an el flujo de capitales obtenidos il citamente. La delincuencia es un c ncer social, la realizaci n de actividades il citas tiene su fuerza en los recursos econ micos que genera y que puede disponer para comprar voluntades y corromper autoridades, si se dispusieran de buenas formas de detecci n de lavado de dinero, se coadyuvar a en el combate del crimen organizado.

The situation of violence and impunity that prevails in the national territory is surely due to the lack of adequate policies in the fight against organized crime, when reflecting on the measures implemented by the Government of Mexico to avoid the problem, it can be observed that an effective action would be the seizure of illicitly obtained economic resources, which would significantly weaken criminal organizations. It is thought that the most effective measure to minimize criminal action has been provided in the concert of nations since there is a legal instrument consisting of a series of 40 recommendations that when implemented would prevent the flow of illicitly obtained capital. Crime is a social cancer, the realization of illicit activities has its strength in the economic resources that it generates and that can be used to buy wills and corrupt authorities, if there were good ways of detecting money laundering, it would help in the fight against organized crime.

Riflettendo sulle misure attuate dal governo messicano per evitare il problema, si pu osservare che un'azione efficace sarebbe il sequestro delle risorse economiche ottenute illecitamente, che indebolirebbe significativamente le organizzazioni criminali. Si ritiene che la misura pi efficace per ridurre al minimo l'azione criminale sia stata fornita dal concerto delle nazioni, in quanto esiste uno strumento giuridico costituito da una serie di 40 raccomandazioni che, una volta attuate, impedirebbero il flusso di capitali ottenuti illecitamente.
