sidottu
This text identifies and discusses different technology innovation initiatives (TIIs) such as entrepreneurial capability, technology infrastructure capability, organizational culture and climate, and government initiatives. It further evaluates the relationship between various technology innovation initiatives and manufacturing performances using multi-criteria decision-making techniques such as fuzzy set theory (FST), structural equation modeling (SEM), and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). It will serve as an ideal reference text for graduate students and academic researchers in the field of industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering. This book:Discusses technology innovation initiatives such as entrepreneurial capability, technology infrastructure capability, and organizational cultureHighlights technology innovation-strategy model in assisting manufacturing industries for enhancing their performance in today’s competitive environmentExamines the effect of technology innovation initiatives on the performance of manufacturing industriesCovers multi-criteria decision-making techniques such as fuzzy set theory, structural equation modeling, and analytic hierarchy processExplores the validation of fuzzy-based technology innovation model through structural equation modeling

Okra, a fast growing, erect, herbaceous annual crop, belongs to the family Malvaceae. It's an important vegetable crop grown in tropical and subtropical regions of the world due to its wider adaptability, year round cultivation, highly nutritive along with medicinal value, export potential and good portability. The green tender fruits of okra are good source of carbohydrates, protein, vitamins (A, B and C) and rich in calcium, potassium and other mineral matters. Dry seeds of okra contain 18-20% oil and 20-23% crude protein. In CCSHAU, several research workers have evaluated okra genotypes generated as well as collected from different resources, which exhibited immense range of variation in morphological traits

Gender inequalities have been recognized inefficient and costly to sustainable economic growth and full social development of a country. Therefore, recently most of the countries as well as international agencies have committed to promote gender equity. It has been argued that the problem of gender inequality can not be resolved by the 'trickle down effects' of macroeconomic policies and existing gender neutral budget. The women, along with men, should have a claim in government resources, policies and programmes.
