Die Herausforderung, die Nachfrage nach grundlegenden Dienstleistungen zu befriedigen, hat sich in der gegenw rtigen Situation versch rft. Es wird erwartet, dass sich das Blatt wendet, sobald diese anf ngliche Herausforderung gemeistert ist, und sekund re Dienstleistungen wie die bertragung des Eigentums an Forstplantagen zur neuen Herausforderung werden. Das Streben nach effizienter und effektiver Leistungserbringung ist von gr ter Bedeutung, unabh ngig davon, ob es sich um grundlegende Leistungen handelt oder nicht. Leistungsmanagement, sowohl auf individueller als auch auf organisatorischer Ebene, ist eine Notwendigkeit f r die Leistungserbringung.
