Diese Studie schlie t eine gro e L cke im seismischen Design, indem sie die optimale Anordnung der W nde, das ideale Verh ltnis von Wand zu Decke und ihre Beziehung zur Geb udeh he durch nichtlineare statische und dynamische Analysen analysiert. Sie verfolgt einen leistungsorientierten Ansatz zur Verbesserung der Erdbebensicherheit von Bauwerken. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass eine Erh hung des Segelverh ltnisses die Steifigkeit verbessert und die geschoss bergreifenden Verschiebungen reduziert. Beispielsweise wird ein Verh ltnis von 1,0 % f r ein siebenst ckiges Geb ude empfohlen, w hrend es bei einem 14-st ckigen Geb ude 1,5 % betr gt. Das berschreiten dieser Schwellenwerte wird jedoch unwirtschaftlich. Die Studie zeigt auch, dass die Konzentration von Segeln in der Mitte der Struktur, insbesondere in Form von vollst ndigen Konfigurationen (U, L, Box), die Leistung verst rkt, w hrend partielle Segel die Besch digung von Elementen wie kurzen Tr gern verursachen k nnen. Diese Erkenntnisse unterstreichen die Relevanz nichtlinearer Analysen bei der Optimierung erdbebensicherer Entw rfe.

Badanie to wypelnia istotną lukę w projektowaniu sejsmicznym poprzez analizę optymalnej lokalizacji ścian, idealnego stosunku ściany do podlogi oraz ich związku z wysokością budynku za pomocą nieliniowych analiz statycznych i dynamicznych. Przyjęto podejście oparte na wydajności w celu poprawy odporności sejsmicznej konstrukcji. Wyniki pokazują, że zwiększenie stosunku środnika poprawia sztywnośc i zmniejsza przemieszczenia międzykondygnacyjne. Na przyklad wsp lczynnik 1,0% jest zalecany dla budynku 7-kondygnacyjnego, w por wnaniu do 1,5% dla budynku 14-kondygnacyjnego. Jednak przekroczenie tych prog w staje się nieekonomiczne. Este estudo preenche uma lacuna importante na conce o s smica, analisando a localiza o ptima das paredes, o r cio ideal parede/pavimento e a sua rela o com a altura do edif cio atrav s de an lises est ticas e din micas n o lineares. Adopta uma abordagem baseada no desempenho para melhorar a resist ncia s smica das estruturas. Os resultados mostram que o aumento do r cio da alma melhora a rigidez e reduz os deslocamentos entre pisos. Por exemplo, recomenda-se um r cio de 1,0% para um edif cio de 7 pisos, em compara o com 1,5% para um edif cio de 14 pisos. No entanto, ultrapassar estes limites torna-se antiecon mico. O estudo revela igualmente que a concentra o dos v us no centro da estrutura, nomeadamente sob a forma de configura es completas (U, L, Box), melhora o desempenho, enquanto que os v us parciais podem provocar a deteriora o de elementos como as vigas curtas. Estas conclus es sublinham a import ncia das an lises n o lineares na otimiza o do projeto sismo-resistente.
