I usually make a lasagna or meat pie for busy weekends. They are easy to reheat and everyone can eat when ready. Skillet meals, hearty beef salads and casseroles are my favorite go to weeknight dinner. Skillet meal and casserole recipes often a wide variety of taste for everyone to enjoy. I keep main dish salads prepared in the refrigerator. We eat salad as a main meal at least 5 times a week if not everyday. Main dish salads are a great way to get your family to eat vegetables but also include the beef they love.
