Having a new cat in her household filled Mildred with immense joy. However, the manner of its arrival was far from normal, and the nature of her new cat was anything but natural. Something has changed within Mildred, she could feel it and see it. The arrival of the new cat could only be partially responsible for unfolding events that change by the hour. Time had ceased for the mysterious society that call themselves The Kat Chamber, their fears realised by the presence of a malevolent creature from another realm. Mildred had been told she was destined to join this society of unusual women, yet she wanted no part of it but had little choice. Being watched and spied upon at every turn, Mildred knew it was now time to stand up for herself.
