Los reingresos hospitalarios constituyen un problema relevante para los servicios de salud, instituciones hospitalarias y pacientes por su impacto en la morbilidad y mortalidad, la provincia de Santi Spiritus no escapa a est problem tica . Con el objetivo general de caracterizar el reingreso hospitalario en pacientes con enfermedades cr nicas no trasmisibles en el Hospital General Camilo Cienfuegos de Santi Spiritus desde 2021 hasta 2022 se realiz un estudio observacional, descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal en una poblaci n de 126 pacientes seg n los criterios de la investigaci n.Se asumieron como variables edad, sexo, enferdades cr nicas no trasmisibles, factores de riesgo, causa del reingreso y tiempo de ocurrencia del reingreso.La poblaci n mostr una media de edad de 66.19 a os para el sexo masculino y de 70.38 a os para el sexo femenino.Las causas del reingreso hospitalario fueron principalmente: complicaciones del ingreso previo, recurrencia de la enfermedad, mal cumplimiento terap utico y aparici n de una enfermedad nueva.Los pacientes vuelven a ingresar en menos de un mes.

Hospital readmissions constitute a relevant problem for health services, hospital institutions and patients due to their impact on morbidity and mortality, and the province of Santi Spiritus does not escape this problem. With the general objective of characterizing hospital readmission in patients with chronic non-communicable diseases in the General Hospital Camilo Cienfuegos of Santi Spiritus from 2021 to 2022, an observational, descriptive, prospective and cross-sectional study was carried out in a population of 126 patients according to the research criteria: age, sex, chronic non-communicable diseases, risk factors, cause of readmission and time of occurrence of readmission were assumed as variables.The population showed a mean age of 66.19 years for the male sex and 70.38 years for the female sex.The causes of hospital readmission were mainly: complications of the previous admission, recurrence of the disease, poor therapeutic compliance and appearance of a new disease.The patients were readmitted in less than one month.

Mit dem allgemeinen Ziel, die Krankenhausr ck bernahme bei Patienten mit chronischen nicht bertragbaren Krankheiten im Allgemeinen Krankenhaus Camilo Cienfuegos in Santi Spiritus von 2021 bis 2022 zu charakterisieren, wurde eine beobachtende, deskriptive, prospektive und Querschnittsstudie an einer Population von 126 Patienten gem den Forschungskriterien durchgef hrt, wobei Alter, Geschlecht, chronische nicht bertragbare Krankheiten, Risikofaktoren, Ursache der R ck bernahme und Zeitpunkt der R ck bernahme ber cksichtigt wurden.Die Population wies ein Durchschnittsalter von 66,19 Jahren bei den M nnern und 70,38 Jahren bei den Frauen auf. Die Gr nde f r die Wiederaufnahme waren haupts chlich: Komplikationen der vorherigen Aufnahme, Wiederauftreten der Krankheit, schlechte Einhaltung der Behandlung und das Auftreten einer neuen Krankheit.
