Akademische Kurse zu Wirtschaftsethik, CSR und Nachhaltigkeit wurden von namhaften Business Schools weltweit eingef hrt. Mehrere Faktoren wurden als Katalysatoren f r die Einf hrung dieser Kurse identifiziert, darunter die Globalisierung, Unternehmensskandale und die Expansion der Zivilgesellschaft. Es mangelt jedoch an angemessener Forschung dar ber, welche F higkeiten und Werte diese Kurse bei Wirtschaftsstudenten entwickeln sollen und welche Komponenten diese Kurse effektiver machen k nnen. Insbesondere fehlt es an einer angemessenen Studie ber s dasiatische Business Schools. Ziel dieser Studie war es, zu untersuchen, welche besonderen F higkeiten Wirtschaftsethik- und CSR-Kurse bei Wirtschaftsstudenten entwickeln sollen, und zwar aus der Sicht von Kursleitern, die diese Kurse an vier Universit ten in Bangladesch konzipieren und unterrichten. Die Ergebnisse der Studie deuten darauf hin, dass Wirtschaftsethik- und CSR-Kurse darauf abzielen, Studenten mit bedeutenden F higkeiten auszustatten, und dass es eine wachsende Nachfrage nach diesen F higkeiten auf professioneller Ebene gibt, insbesondere in einem Dritte-Welt-Land wie Bangladesch.

Corsi accademici su etica aziendale, CSR e sostenibilit sono stati introdotti da importanti scuole di business in tutto il mondo. Diversi fattori sono stati identificati come catalizzatori dell'adozione di questi corsi, tra cui la globalizzazione, gli scandali aziendali e l'espansione della societ civile. Tuttavia, mancano ricerche adeguate sulle competenze e i valori che questi corsi mirano a sviluppare negli studenti di economia e sui componenti che possono renderli pi efficaci. In particolare, mancano studi adeguati sulle scuole di business dell'Asia meridionale. Lo scopo di questo studio era di indagare quali competenze distintive i corsi di etica aziendale e CSR mirano a sviluppare negli studenti di economia dal punto di vista dei docenti che progettano e insegnano questi corsi in quattro universit del Bangladesh. I risultati dello studio hanno suggerito che i corsi di etica aziendale e CSR mirano a fornire agli studenti competenze significative e che c' una crescente domanda di queste competenze a livello professionale, soprattutto in un paese del Terzo Mondo come il Bangladesh.
