Fast Breeder Reactors dominate conventional power reactors, due to its capability of generating more energy. Loss of coolant is one of the key factors for core meltdown and thus primary coolant plays a vital role in the safety of the reactor. In order to protect the core from meltdown, it is essential to monitor the coolant flow, effectively. The detection of loss of coolant must be done at a faster rate, to enable the emergency shutdown of the reactor safely. Hence, the changes in the coolant flowrate should be instantly tracked. This monograph deals with the design and development of Programmable System on Chip(PSoC) based digital processing system for tracking the dynamic changes in the coolant flowrate. PSoC is a dynamically re-configurable mixed signal array microcontroller which made the development of the critical instrumentation very simple. This monograph could be a good guide for anyone attempting to use PSoC to build signal processing for any application that requires fast dynamic response with minimal error.

Aufgrund der raschen Verst dterung in der Region haben die Siedlungen einen gro en Teil der Landfl che in der Region eingenommen, und die Ver nderungen der Landnutzungsklassifizierungen haben direkte Auswirkungen auf die Verringerung der Oberfl che der meisten Seen. Da die ungeplante und rasche Verst dterung den Bedarf an Siedlungen rechtfertigte, befinden sich die bequemsten Entwicklungsgebiete in der N he der Wasserressourcen, so dass das Wassereinzugsgebiet und sogar das Seegebiet kontinuierlich durch Siedlungen und andere Entwicklungsaktivit ten belegt werden. Diese anthropogenen Aktivit ten haben kolossale Auswirkungen auf die Wasserqualit t, da die riesigen Mengen an h uslichen Abw ssern und festen Abf llen, die durch die neuen und schnellen Siedlungen in der Region entstehen, von den zust ndigen Beh rden nicht ohne weiteres bew ltigt werden k nnen. In Anbetracht der Komplexit t der Probleme in der Region wurde S d-Chennai als Untersuchungsgebiet ausgew hlt. En raison de l'urbanisation rapide dans la r gion, les tablissements ont aval la majeure partie de la surface terrestre dans la r gion et les transformations des classifications d'utilisation des terres ont un impact direct sur la r duction de la surface de la majorit des lacs. Comme l'urbanisation rapide et non planifi e a justifi la demande d' tablissement, la zone de d veloppement la plus confortable est pr s des ressources en eau et donc la zone de captage et m me la zone du lac sont continuellement occup es par les tablissements ainsi que par d'autres activit s de d veloppement. Ces activit s anthropog niques ont un impact colossal sur la qualit de l'eau, car les autorit s concern es ne peuvent pas g rer facilement l' norme quantit d'effluents domestiques et de d chets solides g n r s par les nouveaux tablissements rapides de la r gion. Compte tenu de la vitalit de la nature complexe des probl mes dans la r gion, le sud de Chennai a t choisi comme zone d' tude. Nella regione di South Chennai, la natura multidimensionale delle attivit antropiche ha causato un'immensa pressione sulla qualit e sulla quantit dell'acqua dei laghi presenti in questa regione. A causa della rapida urbanizzazione della regione, gli insediamenti hanno inghiottito gran parte dell'area terrestre della regione e le trasformazioni delle classificazioni dell'uso del suolo hanno un impatto diretto sulla riduzione della superficie della maggior parte dei laghi. Poich la rapida urbanizzazione non pianificata ha giustificato la richiesta di insediamenti, l'area pi comoda per lo sviluppo quella vicina alle risorse idriche e quindi il bacino idrografico e persino l'area del lago sono continuamente occupati dagli insediamenti e da altre attivit di sviluppo. Queste attivit antropiche hanno un impatto colossale sulla qualit dell'acqua, poich l'enorme quantit di effluenti domestici e di rifiuti solidi generati dai nuovi e rapidi insediamenti nella regione non pu essere facilmente gestita dalle autorit competenti. Tenendo conto della vitalit della complessa natura dei problemi della regione, stata scelta come area di studio la zona di South Chennai. La regione si trova tra 80 06' e 80 14' di latitudine est e 12 55' e 12 59' di longitudine nord.

Growth in foreign trade of a country strongly influences the country's GDP. Trade includes export and import operations of the country in both manufacturing and services sectors. Trade also has larger impact on the firm's performance. The firm specific foreign exchange exposure was estimated using the new proposed regressed model by Sue 2016. The estimated results show significant magnitude of foreign exchange exposure in all the firms. The awareness levels of internal or natural hedging and external or derivative techniques were competent. The awareness levels were high on techniques like leading & lagging and matching payments and receipts techniques. In the derivative technique awareness was high for forward instrument. The awareness on hedging techniques was directly related to the cause of foreign exchange exposure. A model was proposed using MCDM technique for best decision making for exposure management. Firm specific situation was obtained using AHP, TOPSIS and COPRAS method.
