This book gathers three peer reviewed research articles in order to present a simple study of Theta Functions in their Nullwert forms. This study uses easy mathematical tools and presents new results about the continuity and the rationality of the Nullwert forms of Theta Functions. Furthermore, this book presents new demonstrated Transformations of the Nullwert forms of Theta-3 and Theta-4 Functions thanks to a demonstrated recurrence relation. We hope that the results of this book will be useful for the mathematicians future works about Theta Functions, Zeta Functions and the other related subjects. The new Transformations presented in this book can also be the first step towards a new complete study of Theta Functions in their complex forms.

This study analyzes the effect of the layout and percentage of sails on the seismic performance of buildings, using non-linear static and dynamic analyses. It shows that a wall ratio of 1.0% is optimal for a 7-storey building, and 1.5% for a 14-storey building. Beyond that point, gains are limited and uneconomical. Centered walls offer better performance than peripheral walls, especially when they form complete configurations (U, L, box). Partial walls reduce stiffness and cause local degradation. The study thus confirms the usefulness of non-linear analyses for optimizing seismic design.

W niniejszym opracowaniu przeanalizowano wplyw ukladu i procentowego udzialu ścian na wlaściwości sejsmiczne budynk w, wykorzystując nieliniowe analizy statyczne i dynamiczne. Ściany częściowe zmniejszają sztywnośc i powodują lokalną degradację. Badanie potwierdza zatem przydatnośc analiz nieliniowych do optymalizacji projektowania sejsmicznego.
Human behavior is fundamentally driven by incentives, necessitating clear motivations to guide actions and decisions. Strategic compensation management emphasizes the pivotal role of rewards in aligning employee interests with organizational objectives and in supporting the overall mission of the organization (Larkin, Pierce, & Gino, 2014; Moriarty, 2014). Within the context of fulfilling job roles and responsibilities, rewards serve not only as indicators of the value placed on effort and expertise but also as essential drivers of motivation to sustain performance. The core objective of reward systems is to maintain employee engagement, enhance productivity, and secure a competitive edge, all while managing operational costs (Kanin-Lovers & Porter, 1991; Milkovich, Newman & Gerhart, 2011). Therefore, while maximizing profit and minimizing cost remain key business priorities, the significance of recognizing and rewarding human capital cannot be overlooked. Human behavior responds to a variety of external stimuli such as financial incentives, social recognition, and affiliation, making a well-designed reward system integral to organizational success (Ait Oumeziane et al., 2017; Wang et al., 2017).
