Changer d'employeur est un projet que l'on evoque souvent, sans passer a l'acte. On en reve, on en parle, on envisage quelques demarches, et le plus souvent, on en reste la. Il est vrai que c'est une operation lourde au succes aleatoire. La reussir suppose une reflexion approfondie, une mobilisation d'energie et la mise en oeuvre de moyens adequats. Le premier point est assurement de savoir s'il faut quitter l'employeur actuel et donc de l'evaluer le plus objectivement possible. Si l'on se plaint souvent de l'entreprise dans laquelle on travaille, frequemment on la connait mal et l'on se plaint plus de travers desagreables mais mineurs que l'on ne s'inquiete de ses marches, de ses resultats financiers ou des faiblesses de son management. Le second point est de savoir ce que l'on vaut sur le marche du travail et donc d'evaluer le plus precisement possible ses forces et ses faiblesses. Il faut ensuite arbitrer, c'est-a-dire decider si le changement d'entreprise vaut la peine d'etre tente. Si la reponse est positive, il faut alors se preparer a passer avec succes l'epreuve d'un recrutement. Si l'on veut faire les choses rationnellement, c'est-a-dire mettre toutes les chances de son cote, on voit que cela demande une reflexion approfondie et un effort certain.
