In November 2008 James Titcombe and his family suffered a terrible tragedy - the death of their baby son Joshua, aged just 9 days old.For the next six years James dedicated his life to finding out just what happened to Joshua. What he discovers goes far beyond the errors that causedhis son's death and reveals a system that worked to deny its own failings. Even the bodies set up to oversee and regulate healthcare seem to impede rather than help James' quest. This is the deeply personal story of one man's extraordinary determination to uncover the truth, revealing the human consequences of cover-up and denial. In 2015, James Titcombe was awarded the OBE for services to patient safety. James now works full-time campaigning for meaningful improvements in the safety of maternity services in the UK.

Joshua, a man God has sent, has come to Earth on a mission. His task is to find out just how widespread the corruption of humanity has become. To do this, he takes on the guise of a simple man, traveling from town to town and observing the people. Sarah Abrams is one of the first people he meets. A kind-hearted woman he first saw in an old church, she takes Joshua in and treats him with nothing but warmth and hospitality. He is impressed by Sarah's kindness, but his mission compels him to move on. As he continues his journey, he witnesses humanity at its worst. He sees violence, bigotry, and greed firsthand, which weighs heavily on him. Joshua begins to doubt whether his mission is worth it, but he pushes onward regardless. When Sarah sets out on a drive to see her terminally-ill mother, she has no idea it will be the last time she ever sees her. Losing control of her vehicle from fallen objects under the overpass, Sarah crashes into the boulder and is thrown from the car. She breaks her neck during the fall and dies instantly. As her soul prepares to leave her body, she is visited by the Death Angel who has come to take her away. Before he can claim her, Joshua intervenes. Unfortunately, he's not ready to give up on her just yet. Joshua agrees to bring Sarah back to life with a heavy heart but warns her that it will come at a high cost. Although she is now alive, Sarah is not the same as before. She invites Joshua on a mission to Iraq to help orphaned children. He is confronted by the devil and witnesses' terrorists burning Bibles and tearing up the church during his mission. In the terrorist's efforts to kill Joshua, they found themselves trapped and defeated. The Terrorists try to kill Joshua with bombs and ammunition, but as a superhero, he is invincible. This suspenseful story follows Joshua's journey to see how corrupted the world has become. Will his journey lead him to see the other side of humankind before he returns to the Kingdom?
