Parce qu'il hante les imaginations et continue de faire r ver. Il a donn lieu galement de nombreuses interpr tations qui enrichissent tant notre vision symbolique du monde que nos appr ciations psychologiques. Avec en particulier le film L' ternel retour de Jean Delannoy. S'appuyant sur les r cits du Normand B roul, de Thomas d'Angleterre, et de l'Allemand Eihart Von Oberge, qui constituent les sources historiques les plus s rieuses concernant ce mythe, comme dans les chansons de geste du Moyen- ge, l'auteur a pris le parti d'utiliser les vers comme forme de son r cit pour raconter l'extraordinaire histoire de l'amour merveilleux qui unit Tristan Iseut. S'il a choisi d'utiliser cette forme, c'est dans l'intention de retrouver le rythme et la coloration des contes d'autrefois. Mais, en leur donnant une facture moderne, il en fait galement un ouvrage contemporain. Au total, le choix du vers narratif pour raconter cette histoire renouvelle ce roman: il en fait un ouvrage la fois d'aujourd'hui et classique.

For the last twenty years the notebooks of songs and poetry have been stacking up in the dusty corners of the recording studio, with the hope of eventually making their way onto an album. After a good deal of page flipping and minor editing I'm thrilled/relieved to finally release them into the wild as a single volume of literature. My lifelong musical mission has been to express myself through multiple genres, with the hope of breaking down the walls of genre itself. I believe there is only good music and bad music. These songs bounce from rock to rap, country and blues, to traditional. Written by a wild and angry young man who grows into a "regular" type of guy with an amazing wife and three wild young men, running around the house. Appearing as complete works on albums like "Sketches of San Diego" and the "Country Rockin' Rebels", to half made demos and snippets of rhyme, this book spans the spectrum of my musical vision in words.
