SDM beinhaltet eine Entscheidung f r oder gegen eine bestimmte Behandlung, die von dem/der Therapeut*in gemeinsam mit dem/der Patient*in auf Grundlage geteilter Informationen getroffen wird. Diese gemeinsame Herangehensweise kann unter anderem das Krankheitswissen oder die Zufriedenheit der Patient*innen verbessern. I partiti moderni sono duramente criticati nella scienza e nel giornalismo, e la fiducia del pubblico nei loro confronti costantemente messa in discussione. Allo stesso tempo, la componente di partito della politica non solo non sta diventando pi piccola ma, al contrario, in costante espansione. Almeno, in Russia. Upolitycznienie stosunk w spolecznych ma co najmniej trzy wymiary: wzrost poziomu oczekiwań spolecznych wobec polityki; wlączenie do agendy politycznej zjawisk o charakterze niepolitycznym; zaangażowanie obywateli w dzialalnośc polityczną. Partie polityczne okazują się byc aktywnie zaangażowane w te procesy.
