After reading this book, you will understand how people can fight back from desperate and critical situations that they face suddenly. A confused medical fraternity told him that "he will not live for more than three to six months.". That was told 3 years ago. From a soaring Global Corporate Leader, crashlanding to a rare illness and picking up the stick to walk up and down the Organizational stairs. He continues to create an inclusive organizational culture. For some, there is a clear correlation between the success of an organization and the diversity it needs to embrace. For others, the struggles, the feeling of "I am alone ", " I can't do it", will be trampled and crushed- to rise and shine again.

?This book discusses the influence of creative work on human life, and the role it has played in shaping human civilization since antiquity. To do so, it analyzes the history of thought on creative work from three civilizations: Greek, Indian, and Chinese, as well as contemporary neurological studies on consciousness. According to the classical Greeks, humans are instinctively predisposed to use creative work to gain truth, wisdom and happiness; the Indians consider that Dharma (duty, morality, etc.) can be achieved only through work (karma); and for the Chinese, creative work is needed to attain the supreme wisdom (Dao). Modern studies on consciousness show that our brain creates a personal self-model (ego tunnel) when we learn things creatively, and developing such skills provides lifelong protection for the brain. In the 21st century, human involvement in creative work is declining as we use mechanized systems to gain more and more profit, but thewealth falls into the hands of the few superrich: the Plutonomy. As creative work is taken over by AI systems, human work is reduced to operating those machines, and this in turn leads to an exponential growth in the number of part-time workers (Precariat). The declining value of human life today is a consequence of this change in society. Further, reducing creative work means we have no way to distribute wealth, nor do we have any means to address problems like the lack of enthusiasm in the young; the health crisis due to lack of physical activity; or the environmental crisis due to the high demand for energy to run mechanized systems. This book explores these issues.

Today, English is the global lingua franca and competent English communication skills should be one of the rights of all educated individuals irrespective of any socio-cultural limits. By introducing a new method, this book focuses on helping any learner to get sufficient communication skills in English as much as in the native language. This method helps one to avoid translating from mother tongue to English. And by using the method of thinking in English, one could acquire the required English bilingual skills naturally. The method is founded on the philosophical idea of mentalese—mind language as the base language of thinking available for humans for constructing thoughts. The proposed English Bilingual Project (EBP) helps one to transfer thoughts from a structureless mentalese to the grammatical structure of any language English/Japanese/Chinese. The method described in this book works in two ways: one it helps one to intuitively understand the working of mentalese; the other is by practicing think in English with the mentalese, one could generate the bilingual brain. The main procedure for transferring thoughts from the mentalese to English is through writing one’s thoughts. This helps one to think effectively in English like one’s own mother tongue. This method works as a prime requirement model for one to generate multilingual skills. The book resourced the idea of mentalese from the classical philosophy, reflects it with the modern generative theories, links it with the studies in neuro-linguistic studies on bilingualism and the bilingual brain.

The Indo-Pacific and its Strategic Challenges
The shift in the framework of Australia’s strategic thinking from the Asia-Pacific to the Indo-Pacific reflects the primary focus on the maritime environment in the coming decades and the expectation that over time India will become more embedded in the strategic dynamics of the Asia-Pacific.India is in the midst of a major geopolitical repositioning, as it pursues a hard-headed national interests-based policy and builds stronger strategic ties with a wide range of countries including the United States and its allies in the region. The region is entering a potentially dangerous phase in U.S.–China relations. China’s rise needs to be managed not frustrated; balanced not contained. Constructing that balance and anchoring China in a new multi-polar strategic equilibrium in the Indo-Pacific is the big challenge of our time. More and more individual Southeast Asian countries are being pulled into China’s orbit: not with enthusiasm or conviction but because they see that the economic cost of opposing China’s agenda is too high. The United States is so far doing little to change this.

The role of preceptors is vital in the successful integration of newly recruited nurses in hospital settings. This study aimed to explore the experiences of nurse preceptors in training newly joined nurses in Qatar. The study was conducted between May 2022 and May 2023. Online semi-structured interviews were conducted through MS Teams with 13 nurse preceptors who had completed preceptorship training and trained at least one newly joined nurse. Participants were recruited until data saturation was obtained and data were analyzed using qualitative thematic analysis. The results of the study revealed several main themes: teaching strategies and progressive development in preceptorship, challenges based by the preceptor and preceptor better supported in training new nurses. The preceptors utilized different techniques to support new nurses including demonstration, discussion, use of technology, application of real-life clinical scenarios, simulations, and a gradual decrease in supervision to promote independence. However, a significant challenge was also reported including preceptors experienced high levels of exhaustion from the dual responsibilities of training new staff while also performing their regular care duties. The study underscores the fundamental role preceptors play in the training and development of newly joined nurses. While the challenges are considerable, particularly related to managing workload, the sense of achievement following the successful completion of training a new nurse suggests a strong commitment to this role. Despite the challenges, preceptors demonstrated innovative strategies to ensure the successful development of their preceptees, highlighting the importance of preceptorship in nursing education and practice.

The Council of Chalcedon and the Syriac Orthodox Church. Efforts of Reconciliation 451-631
The Council of Chalcedon and the Syriac Orthodox Church traces the history of the anti-Chalcedonian movement until the advent of Islam. The Council of Chalcedon (451) caused a major schism in Eastern Christianity, which has not yet been healed, although the efforts for reconciliation began after just a few decades. The Eastern Christians who rejected the Council of Chalcedon were dominant groups in West Asia and Egypt. In the course of time, Ethiopians, Armenians and the Indians (Malankara Orthodox St Thomas Christians) joined the anti-Chalcedonian group. The reason for the rejection of Chalcedon was mainly the 'Christological two-natures formula', which rather had a resonance of Antiochene Christology as followed by Nestorians. However, in the course of the sixth century, when efforts for reconciliation failed, the anti-Chalcedonians were labeled as 'Monophysites' implying that they followed the heresy of Eutyches, which they had always denied. In order to heal the schism, the Byzantine Emperors organized several discussions between the two sides from 45 to 631 or issued decrees. Both sides adopted an intransigent attitude. The question of union became complex with the emergence of more than a dozen of groups among the anti-Chalcedonians. The predominant group among them were the Julianists, whose teachings seem to have been popular both in the monastic circles in Egypt and among the Arab Christians. 'Julianism' had left traces of influence on the Qur'anic understanding of Christ.

The anthropology of Michelangelo Buonarroti (1475-1564) is studied with special referecne to his frescoes in the Sistine Chapel, both the Ceiling (1508-1512) and on the altar wall: The Last Judgement (1536-1541). The analyses of the frescoes were done with the help of Florentine Neo-Platonic philosophy, which is the philosophical background of Michelangelo. The Neo-Platonic concepts such as the ascension, hierrachical structure, concept of beauty, and the image-likeness of God are evident in all the basic works by the artists, especially in the frescoes of the Sistine Chapel, which are studied in this work. The author was born in Kerala, India. he undertook postgraduate atudies in Malayalam Literature, Ghandhian Thought and Philosophy from a number of universities in India. His PHd is from the Urban University in Rome. At present he teaches Philosophy at St Joseph's Pontifical Institute in Alwaye, India.
