Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Tragf higkeit der Durchf hrung eines Investitionsprojekts zur Umgestaltung des Hotels Uruguay in der Stadt Villa Carlos Paz, Provinz Cordoba, Argentinien, zu ermitteln. Ausgangspunkt f r das Projekt ist das stetige Wachstum des Tourismus in der Region. Von diesem Ausgangspunkt aus wird das Hotel Uruguay, ein emblematisches Hotel in der Stadt, betrachtet und die Frage gestellt, warum es in kurzer Zeit an Rentabilit t verlor und schlie lich geschlossen werden musste. Es wurden verschiedene Probleme im Zusammenhang mit dem Hotelbetrieb analysiert und ein Reengineering vorgeschlagen. Dies wurde unter strukturellen Gesichtspunkten, d. h. unter technischen, technologischen und funktionalen Aspekten, angegangen. Rechtliche und kologische Aspekte, die f r die Entwicklung des Projekts sehr wichtig sind, wurden nicht au er Acht gelassen. Schlie lich wurden wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Analysen durchgef hrt, um festzustellen, ob das Projekt rentabel ist oder nicht.
The purpose of this work is to determine the economic and financial feasibility of an investment project related to the reengineering of Hotel Uruguay in the city of Villa Carlos Paz, Province of C rdoba, Argentina. The project takes as a starting point the constant growth of tourism in the region. From this point of view, Hotel Uruguay, an emblematic hotel in the city, is taken and it is questioned why it was losing profitability to the point of closing in a short period of time. Different issues related to the hotel business were analyzed and reengineering was proposed. It was approached from a structural aspect, as an organization, covering technical, technological and functional aspects. Legal and environmental aspects, very important for the development of the project, were not left aside. Finally, economic and financial analyses were carried out to determine whether the project was profitable or not.
L'objectif de ce travail est de d terminer la viabilit conomique et financi re de la mise en oeuvre d'un projet d'investissement concernant le r am nagement de l'h tel Uruguay dans la ville de Villa Carlos Paz, province de Cordoba, Argentine. Le projet prend comme point de d part la croissance constante du tourisme dans la r gion. partir de ce point de d part, l'h tel Uruguay, un h tel embl matique de la ville, est pris en consid ration et l'on se demande pourquoi il a perdu sa rentabilit au point de fermer ses portes en peu de temps. Diff rents probl mes li s l'activit h teli re ont t analys s et une r organisation a t propos e. Celle-ci a t abord e d'un point de vue structurel, en tant qu'organisation, couvrant les aspects techniques, technologiques et fonctionnels. Les aspects juridiques et environnementaux, qui sont tr s importants pour le d veloppement du projet, n'ont pas t n glig s. Enfin, des analyses conomiques et financi res ont t r alis es pour d terminer si le projet tait rentable ou non.
