Endodontics is a fast evolving science with many new inventions and discoveries being done on a daily basis. Most of these innovations are done to refine the instruments and materials making the procedure simple, fast and safe, but very little is being done to address the myths associated with endodontic treatment. lots of old school concepts on diagnosis and treatment still exist. This work highlights some of the myths in various steps of endodontic therapy.

Orthodontists demonstrate robust expertise in assessing face symmetry when compared with laypersons, and expertise in only the most difficult judgments compared with general dentists. Both orthodontists and general dentists have a significant advantage when judging face symmetry with upright compared with inverted faces. When face symmetry is assessed with accurate photographic records from different time points, analogous to monitoring a patient over time for a progressive asymmetric deformity, our data suggest that orthodontists will incorrectly identify symmetry in less than 15% of these situations.
Das Magnetschwebesystem (MLS) hat in den letzten Jahren immer mehr Aufmerksamkeit erhalten. Es hat zahlreiche praktische Anwendungen in vielen praktischen technischen Systemen, wie z. B. Hochgeschwindigkeits-Magnetschwebebahnen, die in Japan und Deutschland eingesetzt werden, reibungsfreie Lager, Schwingungsisolierung von empfindlichen Maschinen, Levitation von Windkanalmodellen, Raumfahrt-Shuttles usw.MLS steuert das von einem Elektromagneten erzeugte Magnetfeld, um eine ferromagnetische Kugel in der Luft schweben zu lassen. Mit einem geeigneten Regler in der Schleife schwebt der kleine Magnet in der Luft auf unbestimmte Zeit ohne jegliche St rung. Seine Bedeutung liegt darin, dass es Energieverluste durch Reibung eliminiert. Das MLS kann in zwei Kategorien eingeteilt werden, n mlich in anziehende und absto ende Systeme, basierend auf der Quelle der Schwebekr fte.Das MLS ist einer der klassischen Versuchsaufbauten zur Veranschaulichung einiger der Analyse- und Entwurfsmethoden in der Regelungslehre. Das System ist in hohem Ma e nicht linear, im offenen Regelkreis instabil und extrem schwierig zu regeln.

Son importance r side dans le fait qu'il limine les pertes d' nergie dues la friction. Le MLS peut tre class en deux cat gories, savoir les syst mes attractifs et les syst mes r pulsifs, en fonction de la source des forces de l vitation.Le MLS est l'un des montages exp rimentaux classiques permettant d'illustrer certaines des m thodes d'analyse et de conception dans l'enseignement des syst mes de contr le. Le syst me est hautement non lin aire, instable en boucle ouverte et extr mement difficile contr ler.
