English summary: Hospice volunteers are confronted with questions like "What have I done to deserve this?" or "It doesn't make sense anymore ". Many of these statements are questions of spirituality, hope, meaning of life, belief, God, or after life conception. How can hospice volunteers be prepared for dealing with these issues and prevented from being overstrained? How can hospice volunteers be kept from transmitting their own spirituality and religiosity to the dying or ill person? Inasmuch as in a plural and multicultural society it is essential to follow the guiding principle that spirituality is what a person says it is. This is true for the ill person as well as for the volunteer. Spiritual support takes place in cooperation with pastoral care in situ. Training requires acceptance and mindfulness concerning the volunteer's and the patient's spirituality. The curriculum offers suggestions to create lessons distributed over eleven themes respectively modules, i.e. coping, existential crises, spiritual needs, religions and cultures. The curriculum includes an amount of teaching material to develop each lesson. Course aims, contents and methods can be individually adjusted. Institutions can fit their individual guidelines into the training concept: Both the institution's understanding of spirituality and of spiritual care and their ideas of volunteer's tasks and forms of action can be incorporated. Wie lasst sich vorbeugen, dass Hospizbegleiter mit solchen Ausserungen uberfordert werden oder vorschnell agieren? Wie kann der Tendenz begegnet werden, dass Begleiter vorschnell ihre eigene Spiritualitat oder Religiositat auf den Begleiteten projizieren? In einer pluralen und multikulturellen Gesellschaft gilt gerade fur die Hospizbegleitung: Spiritualitat ist, was der Einzelne dafur halt. Die Schulung Ehrenamtlicher fordert Akzeptanz und Achtsamkeit im Umgang mit der eigenen Spiritualitat und der Spiritualitat des kranken oder sterbenden Menschen. Das Curriculum Spiritualitat enthalt elf Themenbausteine wie zum Beispiel zum Umgang mit existenziellen Krisen, zu spirituellen Bedurfnissen, Religionen und Kulturen. Es bietet eine Fulle von Materialien und Modulen zur Gestaltung von Unterrichtseinheiten. Das Curriculum wurde erarbeitet im intensiven Austausch zwischen Praktikern und Wissenschaftlern und hat sich in der Praxis bereits bewahrt. Es enthalt samtliche Arbeitsunterlagen fur Lehrende (auch als PowerPoint-Dateien und zum Download) sowie Arbeitsblatter fur die Kursteilnehmer/-innen (auch als Kopiervorlagen).

Die sozialisti schen Ideen entstanden als Reaktion auf die neuen btirgerlichen Leitbilder und die krisenhaften Folgen ihrer Verwirkliehung. Ihr Ziel war jedoch nicht die bloBe Beseitigung oder Negation der btirgerliehen Gesellschaft, sondem deren "Autbe bung" im Hegelschen Sinne, d.h. die vom Btirgertum erfochtene Befreiung der Individuen von den Fesseln der alten Zustiinde sollte bewahrt, die neu entstande nen wirtschaftlichen Abhangigkeiten und Gefahrdungen jedoch, z.T. unter Rtick griff auf iiltere Solidaritatsvorstellungen, tiberwunden werden. Die sozialistischen Ideen mtissen zusammen mit den politischen Kraften, die urn ihre Durchsetzung kampften, betrachtet werden. In dieser Darstellung kann jedoch von der Sozial-und Wirtschaftsgeschichte sowie den politischen Umstan den nur so viel mitgeteilt werden, wie fur das Verstandnis der modemen soziali stischen Ideen erforderlieh ist.
