In der Studie zur Wirksamkeit eines aufgabenorientierten Trainingsprotokolls f r das Gleichgewicht bei Kindern mit Zerebralparese zeigten die Probanden eine Verbesserung ihres statischen Gleichgewichts und ihrer funktionellen Aktivit t vom Sitzen zum Stehen. Die Ergebnisse dieser Intervention zeigten nach der statistischen Analyse signifikante Ver nderungen. Eine drei igt gige Intervention, die aus einem aufgabenorientierten Trainingsprotokoll bestand, erwies sich als wirksam bei der Verbesserung des Gleichgewichts und der funktionellen Aktivit t vom Sitzen bis zum Stehen bei Kindern mit zerebraler L hmung, die mit Hilfe der p diatrischen Gleichgewichtsskala, dem f nfmaligen Sitzen bis zum Stehen, dem funktionellen Reach-Test und der modifizierten Ashworth-Skala bewertet wurde.

Die Techniken der Pflanzengewebekultur sind als n tzliche Instrumente f r die Verbesserung von Kulturpflanzen anerkannt. Dazu geh rt die Haploidentechnik, bei der haploide Embryonen aus m nnlichen und weiblichen Gameten regeneriert werden, um haploide und doppelhaploide Pflanzen zu erzeugen, die homozygoten Ursprungs sind. Bei dieser Technik sticht die In-vitro-Antherenkultur hervor und ist ein zunehmend leistungsf higes Instrument, wenn sie in Zuchtprogramme integriert wird, da sie zu reinen Linien f hrt. Um eine genotypspezifische Methodik f r die Doppelhaploidie zu entwickeln, wurden 8F1-, 1F2- und 1F3-Reisgenotypen von NSL erhalten. Der Schwerpunkt dieses Projekts lag auf der Standardisierung eines effizienten Protokolls f r die Produktion von Doppelhaploiden f r alle Genotypen, der Optimierung der Medienkomponenten, insbesondere der Hormone und des K ltestresses, um die direkte Embryogenese, die Pflanzenregeneration und die Chromosomenverdopplung in den haploiden Regeneranten zu induzieren und Doppelhaploide zu erhalten. Im Rahmen unserer Arbeit haben wir einige doppelhaploide Linien entwickelt, die dem hybriden Elternteil weit berlegen sind. Einige der verbesserten Eigenschaften sind doppelhaploide Linien mit hohem Aroma, guter Kochqualit t, hohen Ertr gen, Lagertoleranz und Resistenz gegen BLB und Blast.

Le tecniche di coltura dei tessuti vegetali sono riconosciute come strumenti utili per il miglioramento delle colture. Tra queste, la tecnologia aploide quella che prevede la rigenerazione di embrioni aploidi da gameti maschili e femminili per la produzione di piante aploidi e doppiamente aploidi di origine omozigote. In questa tecnica spicca la coltura di antere in vitro, che uno strumento sempre pi potente se integrato con i programmi di riproduzione, in quanto consente di ottenere linee pure. Per sviluppare una metodologia specifica per i genotipi a doppia aploidia, sono stati ottenuti dal NSL genotipi di riso 8F1, 1F2 e 1F3. L'obiettivo di questo progetto stato quello di standardizzare un protocollo efficiente per la produzione di doppi aploidi per tutti i genotipi, ottimizzare i componenti dei terreni di coltura, in particolare gli ormoni e lo stress da freddo, per indurre l'embriogenesi diretta, la rigenerazione delle piante e il raddoppio dei cromosomi nei rigeneranti aploidi per ottenere doppi aploidi. Dal nostro lavoro abbiamo sviluppato alcune linee doppio aploidi che sono di gran lunga superiori al genitore ibrido. Alcune delle caratteristiche migliorate sono linee doppie aploidi con elevato aroma, buona qualit di cottura, alta resa, tolleranza all'allettamento e resistenza a BLB e Blast.

Pour d velopper une m thodologie sp cifique au g notype pour la double haplo die, les g notypes de riz 8F1, 1F2 et 1F3 ont t obtenus aupr s du NSL. L'objectif de ce projet tait de standardiser un protocole efficace pour la production de doubles haplo des pour tous les g notypes, d'optimiser les composants du milieu, en particulier les hormones et le stress froid pour induire l'embryogen se directe, la r g n ration des plantes et le d doublement des chromosomes dans les r g n rants haplo des afin d'obtenir des doubles haplo des. Nos travaux nous ont permis de d velopper des lign es haplo des doubles qui sont de loin sup rieures aux parents hybrides. Certaines des caract ristiques am lior es sont des lign es haplo des doubles avec un ar me lev , une bonne qualit de cuisson, un rendement lev , une tol rance la verse et une r sistance au BLB et la pyriculariose.

O objetivo deste projeto foi padronizar um protocolo eficiente para a produ o de duplos hapl ides para todos os gen tipos, otimizar os componentes do meio, especialmente as hormonas e o stress frio, para induzir a embriog nese direta, a regenera o de plantas e a duplica o de cromossomas em regenerantes hapl ides para obter duplos hapl ides. A partir do nosso trabalho, desenvolvemos algumas linhas duplo-hapl ides que s o muito superiores ao progenitor h brido. Algumas das caracter sticas melhoradas s o linhas duplo-hapl ides com elevado aroma, boa qualidade culin ria, elevado rendimento, tolerantes ao acamamento e resistentes a BLB e Blast.

In India, forests play a vital role in the social, cultural, economic, and industrial development of the country and help to maintain India's ecological balance. These forests are important to the livelihood of India's tribal people. However, population growth, poverty, and a weak institutional framework have caused forest depletion and degradation, raising concerns about environmental safety. There is need for forest services to become more specialized and to receive political, infrastructural, and financial support. India's central and state governments must also alter their priorities and mindset. For too long, forests have been regarded as an earning sector. It is time to recognize forests as repository of biodiversity, natural heritage, and a provider of ecologic and biotic goods and services.
