In this poetic work, Dimitris Kakalidis, the "eternal sovereign", ascends the human being to the uttermost level of his spiritual development from where the "realizer of winds", the "peacemaker of waters" he "emerges" and is "found" seeking his pre-eternal relation to the Universe. The book "Logos the Third" is the third part of the poetic trilogy by Dimitris Kakalidis. The trilogy also includes the books "The Concealed Lotus of Manifestation" and "Fallen Paradise Holy Matter".This specific edition is bilingual; the English translation is on the recto and the original poems in Greek are on the verso side, rendering the books even more appealing to readers that wish to deepen into the concepts and meanings through the poet's original word. For author bio please press here
The poet Dimitris Kakalidis, in this analytical work, focuses his interest on the poet and the poetry. He delves into each poem, scrutinizing it, studying it, and analysing it in detail. He de-symbolises and interprets the concepts it encompasses, always coming to the recognition of the one, single Poet of all, the supreme creator and exponent of the Word, also expressed "by the spoken word" of all poets. And the poets, having the gift of uniting with the entity, pulsating to its messages and conceiving the fields of the Word, respond to His current, a current of life, and shape it into verses.
Through the pages of this book, Dimitris Tzefalis shares twenty-one + one examples of the life trajectory of people, examples that have to do with running, and he traces the way our running journey, as well as the journey of our life, can become a little more beautiful, positive and interesting. It's a book willing to "train" us to have a better and fuller life.
The author/narrator records the experience he has gained during his stay as resident engineer more than seven years in construction of major projects in Libya, Cyprus and Saudi Arabia. Along with the problems in the execution of the works, he observes and records historical, political and social events, meets and communicates with persons from other cultures and analyzes and criticizes the great political and historical changes of the period. He is a modern Odysseus, a fortune seeker, experiencing actions and adventure in the developing countries of the Third World. The simple, comprehensive language, with dialogues and judgments, prompts the reader to watch the breathtaking narration. The whole story, without escaping the boundaries of the reality, is a novel with literary, folklore, political and historical testimonies and descriptions that the reader is invited to participate in and ultimately to judge.
