To understand the modes, methods of production and representation of these public spaces within the rapidly changing urban context 4. This book documents and analyses how outsourcing of teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) is practised, arising issues therein, and how to address them, through the frame of policy enactment theory. Educational outsourcing or contracting out is globally adopted to increase cost-efficiency, diversify curricula, and complement teacher expertise. However, it often results in issues of quality and equity, inadvertently compromising student learning and limiting the mobility of students from low-income families. The book draws on document-based research involving 131 schools in Hong Kong and case studies and a survey with selected schools and educational service providers. This book is of interest to policymakers, school leaders, teachers, and educational service providers, as it suggests the strategies addressing the abovementioned issues and will advance their understanding of educational outsourcing, equity, and policy processes.

Carl Maria von Weber's Der Freisch tz is a well-known opera in Europe, and Paul Taffanel, inspired by it, composed his Fantasia for Flute and Piano sur le Freisch tz. This thesis compares the two different works, Carl Maria von Weber's Der Freisch tz and Paul Taffanel's sur le Freisch tz. The themes presented and varied in the fantasy are described in terms of their characteristics and textual significance in the opera. Paul Taffanel's variation work 'sur le Freisch tz' is a highly virtuosic piece for flute and piano. This thesis analyses both versions of Der Freisch tz in terms of their historical background, content and musical differences. In summary, it concludes that there are differences from a flute-playing perspective.

I temi presentati e variati nella fantasia vengono descritti nella loro caratteristica e nel significato testuale tratto dall'opera. L'opera di variazioni di Paul Taffanel "sur le Freisch tz" un brano di grande virtuosismo per flauto e pianoforte. Questo lavoro analizza entrambe le versioni del Freisch tz in relazione al contesto storico, al contenuto e alle differenze musicali. In sintesi, si constata che dal punto di vista flautistico esistono delle differenze.
