"A treasure of a book.We trust it will inspireand encourage many as it did us."Jan Marie, Joni and FriendsThe Bonnie Code is based on the true story of Bonnie Codier, her family and her friendship with a Bonnie-Sitter over a four-year period. It illuminates the complexity of mitochondrial disease, while offering a heart-warming story of a families' attitude of gratitude in the face of constant physical struggle - along with real examples of how the Grace of God and His Plan can shine in our lives and in those around us - no matter our condition. Tom Sanders is the Contracts Sr. Administrator for SPVAP (Surgical & Procedural Value & Alignment Program) at Banner Health, Phoenix, Arizona. Raised in Oklahoma, he relocated to Arizona in 1986, where he currently resides, playing tennis and golf as much as work will allow, as well as spending time in the aromatic pines of Northern Arizona with his wife, Kimberly. Together, they enjoy keeping up with five grown children between them, a growing number of wonderful grandchildren and their dainty dachshund, Stella.

In the world of an eight-year old little girl, everything is new. When questions abound, answers are scarce. "Go ask your mother or father", or "Ask your teacher". When children want answers, they will find them. This is why The Little Bonnie series was created. Each book takes a normal question from a child and helps the child understand the answer from a Biblical perspective. From dealing with cancer to the death of a loved one, Little Bonnie will take you on a journey of learning and understanding while preparing your child for bed. Each story is a dialogue between Little Bonnie and Monty (the moon). This bedtime story series will not only help answer questions for children, but help them to go to sleep at night satisfied that they are learning. There are over 100 of these soon to be classics in the works and will be a favorite for a lifetime to come. Little Bonnie Meets Monty is the first in the series and as the sub-title reads, The Journey Begins

Dear Reader, Love has been expressed in our songs and literature in so many ways it is hard not to repeat its meaning in words. In this Novel of Norman and Bonnie, I tried to present a story of love in a way that I hope you the reader will not take my love story too personal. I do not know why I wrote this Novel and maybe it was just to please myself. I have a hard time going over my words without tears for it is a sad story of two people in love who have grown old and one of them is dying. It is not a children's story with strong sexual scenes that I provide to express a love relationship between a couple that have lived together for over fifty years. Maybe I should have left these scenes out for it is something we usually keep private. I do hope by the time you have finish my story that I have given to you an image of love that in fact is part of all our lives. William Gaillard Ellis Jr

“Elin uutta vapautta kuin viimeistä päivää. Romukoppaan kaikki vanha ajattelu, uskomukset ja tavat. Me uudistamme tämän maan! Otimme kaiken irti siitä, mistä ennen olimme jääneet paitsi. Vapaudesta, rakkaudesta, ruuista ja juomista. Make Love Not War! All You Need is Love!"
The Killing of Bonnie Garland: A Question of Justice
"A powerful and passionate indictment of the use of psychiatric testimony in criminal cases." --The Cleveland Plain DealerA year after Richard Herrin confessed to killing his girlfriend, Bonnie Garland, he was found not guilty of murder. His crime, he pleaded, was committed "under extreme emotional disturbance," excusing him from maximum responsibility. He was convicted on the reduced charge of manslaughter. In this incisive examination of the murder, the trial, and its aftermath, a distinguished psychiatrist addresses the issue of the insanity defense. He shows how psychiatric testimony can distort court proceedings, and brilliantly analyzes the conflict between the individual rights of the accused and society's right to justice.
Will Oldham on Bonnie "Prince" Billy
The man who acts under the name Will Oldham and sings and composes under the name Bonnie Prince Billy has, over the past quarter-century, made an idiosyncratic journey through, and an indelible mark on, the worlds of indie rock and independent cinema. These conversations with longtime friend and associate Alan Licht probe his highly individualistic approach to music making and the music industry, one that cherishes intimacy, community, mystery, and spontaneity. Exploring Oldham s travels and artistic influences while discussing his experiences with such disparate figures as Johnny Cash, Bjork, James Earl Jones, and R. Kelly, the book conveys the brilliance that has captivated fans and made Oldham one of our most influential and beloved songsmiths. Oldham has declared this book his last interview an essential guide to his life and career. Featuring a full discography, it offers the most in-depth look we may ever get of this fascinating cult figure."

Few films in the history of American cinema caused more intense critical discussion and greater emotional debate than Arthur Penn’s Bonnie and Clyde. This provocative portrayal of Depression-era life on the run, delivered with visual panache and a hip sensibility, ushered in what came to be categorized as ‘the New American Cinema’. Focusing on a story set in the 1930s, yet clearly fashioned to resonate with the countercultural tenor of the 1960s, the film remains compelling for today’s viewers by virtue of its central love story and inevitable tragedy, its subversive statement as well as its sympathetic connection to the communal impulse. This volume includes newly commissioned essays by leading scholars of Arthur Penn’s work, as well as contributions from Penn himself and scriptwriter David Newman. They analyze the cultural history, technical brilliance, visual strategies, and violent imagery that marked Bonnie and Clyde as a significant turning point in American film.
