Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich P dagogik - Berufserziehung, Berufsbildung, Weiterbildung, Note: 2,5, FernUniversit t Hagen (Lehrgebiet Lebenslanges Lernen), Veranstaltung: Bildung und Medien, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Virtual Reality (VR) gewinnt als moderne Lehr- und Lernmethode in hochkomplexen Arbeitsbereichen wie der Notfallmedizin stetig an Bedeutung und verspricht gewinnbringende Eigenschaften f r angehendes Fachpersonal wie Notfallsanit ter*innen und Notfallpfleger*innen. Es ist noch unklar, wie VR eingesetzt werden muss, um gezielt die Kompetenzentwicklung zu f rdern als auch sinnvoll in lernfelddidaktischen Lehrpl nen zu integrieren. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es herauszufinden, ob VR zur Kompetenzentwicklung in der notfallmedizinischen Bildung beitr gt und welche Kompetenzen dadurch gef rdert werden. Zudem sollen Erkenntnisse erlangt werden ber eine stimmige Integration von VR in bestehende Curricula. Es wurden vier Gruppendiskussionen durchgef hrt. Die leitfadengest tzten Diskussionen wurden inhaltlich transkribiert und die Aussagen codiert und ausgewertet. VR eignet sich zur Verbesserung interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit und erg nzt bestehende Ausbildungsmethoden sinnvoll, ebenso wird die Entwicklung von Fachkompetenz gef rdert. Ausreichend personelle Ressourcen sowie technische Affinit t der Lehrkraft m ssen f r eine erfolgreiche Anwendung gegeben sein. In Lehrpl ne l sst sich VR bei Teamtrainings, Fallsimulationen, leitliniengerechter Versorgung integrieren sowie zum entdeckenden Lernen anwenden. Durch die M glichkeiten einer realistischen, hoch-immersiven virtuellen Darstellung von Situationen aus der beruflichen Lebenswelt der Lernenden wird VR in vielfacher Weise lernfelddidaktischen und kompetenzorientierten Bildungskonzepten gerecht.
