The journey through technicalities and innovation in the machine learning field is ongoing, and we hope this book serves as a compass, guiding the readers through the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence. It typically includes model selection, parameter tuning and optimization, use of pre-trained models and transfer learning, right use of limited data, model interpretability and explainability, feature engineering and autoML robustness and security, and computational cost – efficiency and scalability. Das Hauptziel dieser Forschung ist es, den Einfluss des von RAWSUR Goma verwendeten Kommunikationsmixes (Kommunikationspolitik) auf das Bindungsverhalten seiner Kunden zu verstehen. Es konzentrierte sich auf die Relevanz der Marketing-Kommunikationsmittel/Tools, die von RAWSUR Goma verwendet werden, um seine aktuellen und potenziellen Kunden ber die verschiedenen Produkte und Dienstleistungen, die es anbietet, zu informieren und zu berzeugen. Zur Durchf hrung dieser Forschung, die vom explorativen Typ ist, haben wir die explorative Faktorenanalyse, die konfirmatorische Faktorenanalyse und die multiple Regressionsanalyse verwendet. Dank dieser Analysen beeinflusst die Marketingkommunikation das Image des Unternehmens und die Kundenbindung. This research aims to operationalize the concepts of marketing communication, corporate image and customer retention as organizational management and strategic marketing approaches in a competitive context in the insurance sector in the city of Goma. The main objective of this research is to understand the influence of the communication mix (communication policy) used by RAWSUR Goma on the engagement behaviors of their customers. It focused on the relevance of the marketing communication means/tools used by RAWSUR Goma to inform and persuade its current and potential customers about the various products and services it offers. To conduct this research, which is of the exploratory type, we used exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Thanks to these analyses, marketing communication influences the image of the company and the retention of customers. The corporate image concept plays a mediating effect on the relationship between marketing communication and retention.

Si concentrato sulla pertinenza dei mezzi/strumenti di comunicazione di marketing utilizzati da RAWSUR Goma per informare e persuadere i propri clienti attuali e potenziali sui vari prodotti e servizi che offre. Per condurre questa ricerca, che di tipo esplorativo, abbiamo utilizzato l'analisi fattoriale esplorativa, l'analisi fattoriale confermativa e l'analisi di regressione multipla. Grazie a queste analisi, la comunicazione di marketing influenza l'immagine dell'azienda e la fidelizzazione dei clienti. Il concetto di corporate image svolge un effetto di mediazione sul rapporto tra comunicazione di marketing e fidelizzazione.

L'H v a (Hevea brasiliensis) est cultiv principalement pour son latex riche en caoutchouc, utilis dans diverses industries. La valorisation des micro-organismes du sol constitue une alternative durable pour am liorer la fertilit des sols. Cette tude vise valuer le potentiel des champignons mycorhiziens arbuscules pr sents dans les sols d'h v aculture de la Compagnie H v icole de Cavally (CHC) en C te d'Ivoire. Les analyses montrent que le sol a une texture sablo-argileuse et une bonne composition chimique, avec une capacit d' change cationique de 30,3 44,9 Cmol/g, un azote de 0,4 0,5%, et une mati re organique de 7,3 8,7%. Les densit s des spores varient entre 3 et 4,5 spore/g et les intensit s mycorhiziennes entre 1,5 et 4. L'utilisation continue d'engrais chimiques augmente la mati re organique et les bases changeables, ce qui diminue l'activit des champignons mycorhiziens dans les racines des clones d'h v a IRCA41 et PB217.

This work is part of a series of studies carried out on the Moi-Pliocene aquifers in the vast sedimentary basin of Douala-Cameroon which is experiencing demographic pressure. The particularity of this work is that it affects a peri-urban area, the Dibombari District in the agricultural basin of the Moungo Department. This locality, subject to a gradual expansion of the city of Douala for reasons of agro-industry and housing, deserves particular attention in terms of basic infrastructure needs, among which water remains essential. The use of water for consumption in peri-urban areas, which is the main source of drinking water supply, must be subject to permanent control at the risk of causing water-borne diseases linked to its degradation. Thus, our research team carries out monitoring and evaluation missions of groundwater resources heavily exploited by the population of the Douala sedimentary basin in order to understand its hydrogeochemical dynamics to predict its vulnerability and preserve the health of its consumers.
