It began with a baseball game, and ended with a bus ride. "I'm Still Here" is the story of a middle-aged man who dies but finds a new life that is so glorious that he would not want to come back. He meets God first hand, and with God's help travels back and forth between Heaven and Earth. If you believe in God, but are angry with Him, question His will, or simply look around at this world we live in as cruel, hateful, unjust and unmerciful, then you above all others are the main focus of "I'm Still Here". Maybe you have lost a loved one, or your life has been filled with misery because of illness, injury or the cruelty of others. You think that life is not fair. How can God allow this? It is this author's hope that some of these questions will be answered in your own heart, and that you will find some degree of comfort. "I'm Still Here" is a fiction, inspired and nurtured by the love, signs and sightings of the author's own daughter, who died at 18. "I'm Still Here" became an antidote for the pain of the loss of a daughter so loved. Her own life's story, "Sweet Angel", written by Daniel William Heard (her father), was published and can be found on authorhouse.com. As the main character, Timothy Carter, goes from Earth to Heaven and back to Earth again, we all see the promise of Heaven and its wonders. We see that our earthly existence is but a speck in time, but still important to the teachings of God. We find that possessions, ego and power are meaningless in the end. They do not exist in Heaven. As "I'm Still Here" draws to a close, the author would leave you with one message: "Get on the bus "

Biblical Advice for Addressing Relational Frustrations in the Church Being hurt is inevitable, even in the church. That’s because relationships and emotions, designed to reflect God’s love, are marred by sin. When someone commits an offense, it may seem justifiable to retaliate, gossip, or suffer silently, but Christians are called to pursue godly forgiveness that leads to reconciliation. In this addition to the Church Questions series, Daniel P. Miller helps readers understand how to biblically confront conflicts in the church. Acknowledging that the main priority of relationships is always Christ’s glory, he helps readers understand their moral responsibility when responding to frustrations and, ultimately, to trust in God’s promise to use all pain for their edification. Brief, Accessible Guide: Practical advice for addressing conflicts personally in prayer and interpersonally in fellowship Biblical and Theological: Points to Scripture to explain how relational trials and disillusionment can help Christians grow spiritually Part of the 9Marks Church Questions Series: Other titles include Why Should I Join a Church?; How Can I Serve My Church?; and How Can I Love Church Members with Different Politics?

On January 6, 1975, Nottingham Forest were thirteenth in the old Second Division, five points above the relegation places and straying dangerously close to establishing a permanent place for themselves among football's nowhere men.Within five years Brian Clough had turned an unfashionable and depressed club into the kings of Europe, beating everyone in their way and knocking Liverpool off their perch long before Sir Alex Ferguson and Manchester United had the same idea. This is the story of the epic five-year journey that saw Forest complete a real football miracle and Clough brilliantly restore his reputation after his infamous 44-day spell at Leeds United. Forest won the First Division championship, two League Cups and back-to-back European Cups and they did it, incredibly, with five of the players Clough inherited at a club that was trying to avoid relegation to the third tier of English football.I Believe In Miracles accompanies the critically-acclaimed documentary and DVD of the same name. Based on exclusive interviews with virtually every member of the Forest team, it covers the greatest period in Clough's extraordinary life and brings together the stories of the unlikely assortment of free transfers, bargain buys, rogues, misfits and exceptionally gifted footballers who came together under the most charismatic manager there has ever been.
