Por conseguinte, para a implementa o, foram utilizados externamente clusters de n s Linux de Computa o de Alto Desempenho (HPC) existentes e a simula o de dados de doentes foi comparada e cruzada com os perfis de metadados actuais em sistemas hospitalares operacionais na Autoridade de Sa de da Ilha de Vancouver (VIHA), Victoria, Canad . Na plataforma testada, os dados foram gerados, indexados e armazenados num sistema de ficheiros distribu dos Hadoop (HDFS) para uma base de dados noSQL (HBase) que representava tr s mil milh es de registos de doentes. A estrutura Hadoop/MapReduce formou a plataforma BDA com a HBase (base de dados NoSQL) utilizando metadados espec ficos do hospital e a ingest o de ficheiros. As consultas revelaram um elevado desempenho com uma variedade de ferramentas Apache no ecossistema do Hadoop. A plataforma BDA do HBase distribu da pelo Hadoop foi bem sucedida sob alto desempenho em grandes volumes e em todo o arquivo de dados.

L'analisi dei big data (BDA) importante per ridurre i costi dell'assistenza sanitaria. Tuttavia, in molti sistemi ospedalieri, le nuove tecnologie che influenzano i dati dei pazienti richiedono test tecnici approfonditi e rigorosi di usabilit prima di essere implementate nella produzione. Pertanto, per l'implementazione, sono stati utilizzati cluster di nodi Linux ad alte prestazioni (HPC) e la simulazione dei dati dei pazienti stata sottoposta a benchmark e a riferimenti incrociati con gli attuali profili di metadati nei sistemi ospedalieri operativi della Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA), Victoria, Canada. Sulla piattaforma testata, i dati sono stati generati, indicizzati e archiviati su un Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) e su un database noSQL (HBase) che rappresentava tre miliardi di record di pazienti. Il framework Hadoop/MapReduce ha formato la piattaforma BDA con HBase (database NoSQL) utilizzando metadati specifici dell'ospedale e ingestione di file. Big-Data-Analysen (BDA) sind wichtig, um die Kosten im Gesundheitswesen zu senken. In vielen Krankenh usern erfordern neue Technologien, die Einfluss auf die Patientendaten haben, jedoch umfangreiche technische und rigorose Gebrauchstauglichkeitstests, bevor sie in der Produktion eingesetzt werden. Daher wurde zur Implementierung ein vorhandener High Performance Computing (HPC) Linux-Knotencluster extern genutzt und die Simulation von Patientendaten mit aktuellen Metadatenprofilen in operativen Krankenhaussystemen der Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA), Victoria, Kanada, verglichen. Auf der getesteten Plattform wurden die Daten ber ein Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) erzeugt, indiziert und in einer noSQL-Datenbank (HBase) gespeichert, die drei Milliarden Patientendatens tze repr sentiert. Das Hadoop/MapReduce-Framework bildete die BDA-Plattform mit HBase (NoSQL-Datenbank) unter Verwendung krankenhausspezifischer Metadaten und Dateieingabe. Die Abfragen zeigten eine hohe Leistung mit einer Vielzahl von Apache-Tools im Hadoop- kosystem. Die BDA-Plattform von HBase, die von Hadoop verteilt wird, ist bei gro en Datenmengen und dem gesamten Datenarchiv erfolgreich und leistungsstark. Die Bedeutung der Darstellung von Gesundheitsinformatik unter Verwendung von Technologien f r Big Data im Gesundheitswesen wird diskutiert.

Correction of imperfections: As the work was re-created from the scratch, therefore, it was vetted to rectify certain conventional norms with regard to typographical mistakes, hyphenations, punctuations, blurred images, missing content/pages, and/or other related subject matters, upon our consideration. Every attempt was made to rectify the imperfections related to omitted constructs in the original edition via other references. However, a few of such imperfections which could not be rectified due to intentional\unintentional omission of content in the original edition, were inherited and preserved from the original work to maintain the authenticity and construct, relevant to the work. We believe that this work holds historical, cultural and/or intellectual importance in the literary works community, therefore despite the oddities, we accounted the work for print as a part of our continuing effort towards preservation of literary work and our contribution towards the development of the society as a whole, driven by our beliefs.
