En conclusion, les r sultats obtenus ont montr que les travailleurs qui pratiquent une activit physique parviennent g rer positivement les probl mes de l'environnement de travail et am liorer leurs performances.

Die Hauptergebnisse zeigen, dass aus der Perspektive der analysierten Stichprobe bei der Mehrheit der Teilnehmer unabh ngig von der Art des Vertrags ein niedriges Resilienzniveau auff llt, was einen Einfluss auf die Gestaltung der f r die Bildung von Resilienz entscheidenden Aspekte im pers nlichen, sozialen, beruflichen und institutionellen Kontext hat.
