Water is an extremely important natural resource for the existence of life on the planet and for the most diverse activities carried out by man. Population growth and the intensification of activities related to agro-industry in recent times have led to serious problems of scarcity and compromised quality of water resources.In this context, we sought to demonstrate the main evolutionary moments of water in the Brazilian legal system, its internationalization in terms of fresh water, its legal regulation, also emphasizing its insertion in the history of Basic Sanitation in Brazil, alluding to the relevant aspects of this sector according to the survey data of the last five years contained in the National Sanitation Information System (SNIS), in addition to explaining the main changes brought about by Federal Law No. 14.026/2020, which updated the Regulatory Framework for Basic Sanitation in Brazil, and the use of water in beer production, also highlighting the importance of the conscious use of these resources in Brazil's brewing industries.

Die p dagogische Ausbildung sollte eine theoretische und praktische Grundlage im Bereich der motorischen F higkeiten sowie einen k rperkulturellen Ansatz beinhalten, damit zuk nftige Erzieherinnen und Erzieher, die in der fr hkindlichen Bildung t tig sind, ihre didaktisch-p dagogischen Aktivit ten auf die Merkmale jedes einzelnen Kindes ausrichten k nnen. Ziel der Studie war es, einen Vorschlag f r P dagogen und Studenten zu erarbeiten, der aus einem illustrierten und erkl renden Handbuch ber Aktivit ten besteht, die zur Verbesserung der motorischen F higkeiten von Kindern im Alter von 6 Monaten bis 6 Jahren eingesetzt werden k nnen. Es ber cksichtigt nicht nur die Art der zu bearbeitenden Aktivit t, sondern auch die Altersgruppe der Kinder, die ben tigten Materialien und Methoden sowie die Sorgfalt, die bei den Aufgaben angewendet wird, und bezieht sich auf die Bereiche, die stimuliert werden, und darauf, wie diese Aktivit ten den K rper des Kindes beeinflussen. Diese Arbeit wurde an der Universit t von Pernambuco, Campus Petrolina, unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Tarc sio Fulg ncio Alves da Silva durchgef hrt.

Il pedagogista professionista uno dei responsabili della guida e della stimolazione dello sviluppo dei bambini nei loro aspetti cognitivi, fisici e affettivi durante l'educazione della prima infanzia. La formazione pedagogica dovrebbe includere una base teorica e pratica sulle abilit motorie e un approccio alla cultura del corpo, in modo che i futuri insegnanti che lavorano nell'educazione della prima infanzia possano basare le loro attivit didattico-pedagogiche sulle caratteristiche di ciascun bambino. L'obiettivo dello studio stato quello di elaborare una proposta per pedagogisti e laureandi consistente in un manuale illustrato ed esplicativo sulle attivit da applicare per migliorare le capacit motorie dei bambini di et compresa tra i 6 mesi e i 6 anni. Il manuale tiene conto non solo del tipo di attivit da svolgere, ma anche della fascia d'et dei bambini, dei materiali e dei metodi necessari, nonch dell'attenzione prestata durante i compiti, mettendo in relazione i domini che verranno stimolati e il modo in cui queste attivit influiscono sul corpo del bambino. Questo lavoro stato svolto presso il campus dell'Universit di Pernambuco Petrolina sotto la guida del Prof. Dr. Tarc sio Fulg ncio Alves da Silva.

The professional pedagogue is one of those responsible for guiding and stimulating children's development in their cognitive, physical and affective aspects during early childhood education. Pedagogy training should include a theoretical and practical grounding in motor skills, as well as a body culture approach, so that future teachers working in early childhood education can base their didactic-pedagogical activities on the characteristics of each child. The aim of the study was to draw up a proposal for pedagogues and pedagogy students consisting of an illustrated and explanatory manual on activities to be applied to improve the motor skills of children aged between 6 months and 6 years. It takes into account not only the type of activity to be worked on, but also the age range of the children, the materials and methods needed, as well as the care taken during the tasks, listing the areas that will be stimulated and how these activities affect the child's body. This work was carried out at the University of Pernambuco Petrolina campus under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Tarc sio Fulg ncio Alves da Silva.
