Zusammenfassung: Die neuen minimalinvasiven Techniken, die in das therapeutische Arsenal aufgenommen wurden, haben zu einer echten Revolution in der Behandlung von Urolithiasis gef hrt: die extrakorporale Lithotripsie (ECL), die perkutane Nephrolithotomie (PCNL) und die flexible Ureteroskopie (URSS). Die gr te Herausforderung besteht darin, die vollst ndige Entfernung des Steins ohne Restfragmente und mit geringerem Komplikationsrisiko zu erreichen. In dieser Arbeit befassen wir uns mit inferioren Kalziumsteinen, da es eine Vielzahl von Behandlungsm glichkeiten gibt und das Dilemma der inferioren Kalziumgeometrie und ihre Bedeutung f r die Therapiewahl immer noch aktuell ist. Zusammenfassung: Die neuen minimalinvasiven Techniken, die in das therapeutische Arsenal aufgenommen wurden, haben eine echte Revolution in der Behandlung der Urolithiasis bewirkt: extrakorporale Lithotripsie (ESWL), perkutane Nephrolithotomie (PCNL) und flexible Ureteroskopie (FURS). Die gr te Herausforderung besteht darin, eine vollst ndige Entfernung der Lithiasis ohne Restfragmente und mit geringerem Komplikationsrisiko zu erreichen. In dieser Arbeit sind wir wegen der Vielfalt des therapeutischen Arsenals an der unteren Kalziumlithiasis interessiert.

Riassunto: Le nuove tecniche mininvasive entrate nell'arsenale terapeutico hanno creato una vera e propria rivoluzione nella gestione della litiasi urinaria: litotrissia extracorporea (ECL), nefrolitotomia percutanea (PCN) e ureteroscopia flessibile (FUS). La sfida principale quella di ottenere la rimozione completa del calcolo senza frammenti residui, con un minor rischio di complicanze. In questo studio ci concentriamo sui calcoli calcifici inferiori per la diversit dell'armamentario terapeutico disponibile e, soprattutto, per il dilemma in corso sulla geometria calcifica inferiore e la sua implicazione nella scelta del trattamento. Sintesi: Le nuove tecniche mininvasive che hanno integrato l'armamentario terapeutico hanno creato una vera e propria rivoluzione nella gestione delle urolitiasi: litotritia extracorporea (ESWL), nefrolitotomia percutanea (PCNL) e ureteroscopia flessibile (FURS). La sfida principale e ottenere la rimozione completa della litiasi senza frammenti residui e con un minor rischio di complicanze. In questo lavoro, siamo interessati alla litiasi caliciforme inferiore per la diversit dell'armamentario terapeutico.

Abstract: The new minimally invasive techniques that have entered the therapeutic arsenal have created a veritable revolution in the management of urinary lithiasis: extracorporeal lithotripsy (ECL), percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCN) and flexible ureteroscopy (FUS). The main challenge is to achieve complete removal of the stone without residual fragments, with less risk of complications. In this work, we focus on inferior calcific calculi, given the diversity of the therapeutic arsenal available and, above all, the ever-present dilemma of inferior calcific geometry and its implication in the choice of treatment. Summary: The new minimally invasive techniques that have integrated the therapeutic arsenal have created a real revolution in the management of urolithiasis: extracorporeal lithotritia (ESWL), percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and flexible ureteroscopy (FURS). The main challenge and to achieve complete removal of the lithiasis without residual fragments with less risk of complications.
