Los Sistemas de Recuperaci n de Informaci n son, actualmente, las herramientas m s utilizadas para obtener los documentos relevantes de una colecci n a una determinada necesidad de informaci n. En la Universidad de Ciego de vila M ximo G mez B ez existen limitaciones para la b squeda de informaci n sobre resultados investigativos pues solo se ofrece un archivo con la relaci n de casi todas las tesis y para encontrar datos como: aportes te ricos o pr cticos, novedad investigativa, herramientas o tecnolog as de desarrollo, entre otros, hay que hacer una revisi n casi completa del documento, pues no existen mecanismos que facilite conocer estos antecedentes. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar un sistema inform tico para la recuperaci n de la informaci n sobre resultados investigativos, utilizando tecnolog a de desarrollos Web y regidos por la metodolog a XP. A trav s de las Pruebas realizadas al sistema se puede comprobar la realizaci n de b squedas r pidas mediante palabras claves, lo que contribuye a ampliar el coconocimiento de los diferentes resultados existentes en la propia universidad.

Die Antworten der befragten Unternehmen zeigen, wie sich das Verhalten dieser neuen Generation auf die Funktionsweise und die Wettbewerbsf higkeit der Unternehmen auswirkt. Daraus ergibt sich die M glichkeit, die Strukturierung der menschlichen und kulturellen Komponente des Unternehmens zu st rken.

This study describes the value perception of current and potential clients on Human Management and Corporate Culture Consulting services. Using the case study technique, 14 companies were interviewed and a reflection was reached on the strategic value of human management and the reconfiguration to which it is called, following the emergence of new generations of workers, such as the Millennials. The responses of the companies interviewed reveal how the behaviour of this new generation affects the functioning and competitiveness of companies. Hence the opportunity to strengthen the structuring of the corporate human and cultural component.
