For years, an anonymous internet personality calling himself "Q" has posted messages offering inside information about a hidden global struggle for control over the entire world. It was a struggle occurring between a criminal conspiracy of ultra-wealthy elites who used their wealth to corrupt intelligence agencies and governments, and a select group of Military Intelligence professionals and assorted patriots. As he has posted, a rapidly growing coterie of followers has hung on his every word. This book is written by one of Q's followers, who has had extremely close interaction with one facet of the conspiracy Q describes. Long before Q arrived, I had seen firsthand that things were going on in America which nobody would believe, and I was not alone. Only Q connected the dots to produce a reasonable explanation for what I saw. This book consists of two halves. The first half of the book is a standalone work which details Q's story and offers the evidence supporting it's veracity. In doing so, it documents the hard evidence and specific events which led his followers to not only accept such an incredible story, but to devote their own time and energy to Q and his movement. It will then progress to a description of what Cabal's operations look like if you have the misfortune to run into them in person. It then substantiates and fleshes out this model of the Cabal using respected news articles and government documents, showing where Cabal's operations have frequently bubbled up into the media, to a point it could not be covered up. The second half of the book offers an archival reprinting of Q's first 400 posts as they appeared online, with a summary of the analysis that emerged at the time. This offers the reader the opportunity to go back and look at how Q was revealing real intelligence, and showing his readers how the media assiduously covered up this amazing story for their masters in the Cabal, as it also accliamte them to reading Q's posts and understanding how he presented information.Cabal is the most fascinating organization you will ever lay eyes on. After centuries of operating, it has infiltrated loyal operatives throughout every government office, news organization, business, and social organization with any influence or power. It has millions of regular citizens who pledge loyalty to it, and live among us secretly. They all know the big secret - that the United States we see on TV is actually controlled by this Secret Society, and our free republic, elected by the people, is a myth designed to keep us placid and under control. The extent of Cabal's scope, how it has identified every position of power it needed to exert influence, and every position which threatened its capability, and compromised them through infiltration or blackmail is amazing to behold. The Secret Society of spies it runs covertly against all of America and the way in which it has knowingly transgressed against every citizen in the country is unbelievable. And the way in which so many people within the Secret Society were privy to this massive secret, and yet the secret never made it into the public's consciousness boggles the mind. This book limits itself to the most basic description of Q's assertions, the most fully substantiated facts regarding the Cabal's operations, and direct observations of the author. There are more detailed, and even esoteric explanations attributed to Q's posts out there which may be accurate. However by limiting the scope of this work in that way, it is hoped that once the reader realizes how massive what is easily and fully substantiated is, it will open their mind to how easily it might be even more incredible than that. Because what we see is just the small portion which leaked out, as Cabal assiduously sought to cover their own footsteps. As Q says, "Enjoy the show.

A rich sociological analysis of how and why we use anonymity. In recent years, anonymity has rocked the political and social landscape. There are countless examples: An anonymous whistleblower was at the heart of President Trump’s first impeachment, an anonymous group of hackers compromised more than 77 million Sony accounts, and best-selling author Elena Ferrante resolutely continued to hide her real name and identity. In Anonymous, Thomas DeGloma draws on a fascinating set of contemporary and historical cases to build a sociological theory that accounts for the many faces of anonymity. He asks a number of pressing questions about the social conditions and effects of anonymity. What is anonymity, and why, under various circumstances, do individuals act anonymously? How do individuals accomplish anonymity? How do they use it, and, in some situations, how is it imposed on them? To answer these questions, DeGloma tackles anonymity thematically, dedicating each chapter to a distinct type of anonymous action, including ones he dubs protective, subversive, institutional, and ascribed. Ultimately, he argues that anonymity and pseudonymity are best understood as performances in which people obscure personal identities as they make meaning for various audiences. As they bring anonymity and pseudonymity to life, DeGloma shows, people work to define the world around them to achieve different goals and objectives.

""Anonymous Landscape"" is a new book of photographs by Hannibal, very evocative and provocative The photos present show us anonymous landscapes, but only before the goal of hannibal captures them: in fact, the skill of our photographer is in making the trivial particular, through an aesthetic taste that shines through shot after shot It does not matter whether they are lakes, rivers, roads or country landscapes: everything under the eye of Hannibal transforms, becoming suddenly the center of the world. All that remains is to sit comfortably admiring these anonymous landscapes, which make us think about the fact that there is magic everywhere, you just need to know how to look for... Fabio Rancati

My enquiring mind wanted to know what my father did during WWII - from the time that he enlisted in March 1941 to serve both King and Country, and until the time he was demobbed in July 1945 and arrived back to his native Canada. During my research I was to discover that my father surreptitiously became one of the original members of a special band of brothers who became an integral part and paramount to the success of Operation Overlord.

Winner of the National Jewish Book AwardWinner of the Washington Institute Book PrizeOne of the Best Books of the YearSt. Louis Post-Dispatch * Kirkus Reviews In this groundbreaking work, Bruce Hoffman--America's leading expert on terrorism--brilliantly re-creates the crucial thirty-year period that led to the birth of Israel. Drawing on previously untapped archival resources in London, Washington, D.C., and Jerusalem, Anonymous Soldiers shows how the efforts of two militant Zionist groups brought about the end of British rule in the Middle East. Hoffman shines new light on the bombing of the King David Hotel, the assassination of Lord Moyne in Cairo, the leadership of Menachem Begin, the life and death of Abraham Stern, and much else. Above all, he shows exactly how the underdog "anonymous soldiers" of Irgun and Lehi defeated the British and set in motion the chain of events that resulted in the creation of the formidable nation-state of Israel. One of the most detailed and sustained accounts of a terrorist and counterterrorist campaign ever written, Hoffman has crafted the definitive account of the struggle for Israel--and an impressive investigation of the efficacy of guerilla tactics. Anonymous Soldiers is essential to anyone wishing to understand the current situation in the Middle East.

The history of art is littered with Great Men and the Muses they use as stepping stones to brilliance. In this shockingly lyrical, endlessly rich and luxurious nightmare of a novel, the Muse turns. Yet, it is not so much a tale of vengeance or comeuppance as it is a heroine's journey, as Anonyma survives doomscapes almost beyond imagination and the transgressions of mere men, mere artists, survives the horrors imposed upon the feminine to rediscover her own magic and power. Anonyma, novel and narrator, holds up a dark mirror to our paradigm of art as a kind of device for reducing women to Platonic ideals while staging theophanies for men. But she also holds the mirror to herself, her sisters, even, daring to hope, a daughter. ANONYMA is a novel full of blood and love and despair and courage.

A People Beach Book of the Week"Very funny." -Dave Barry "Startling and clever...hilarious and chilling." -T.C. Boyle"All the elements of a cult classic." -Entertainment Weekly "Great." -Orlando Sentinel "Fast, funny, and smoothly written." -Seattle Times"A detective thriller featuring a velociraptor PI and a secret society of dinosaurs disguised as humans?...Awesomely funny....Vincent Rubio has a washed-up Los Angeles detective agency, lousy credit, and a dead partner--on top of an addiction to basil and a hard time keeping his tail tucked away in his latex human suit. A routine arson investigation promises to get him back on his (clawed) feet, until the case sends him to New York, the scene of his partner's suspicious death by runaway taxi. Witty, fast-paced detective work makes for a good mystery, but the story's sly, seamlessly conceived dinosaur underworld contains all the elements of a cult classic. Grade: A." -Entertainment Weekly "Debut novelist Eric Garcia pulls off this parallel dino world to a T (rex). His] descriptions are delicious...inventive and imaginative. He cleverly avoids what could have been a one-joke book with charm, sly humor and a terrific narrative pace." -USA Today"What would the world be like if the dinosaurs hadn't gone extinct? As this very funny book shows, for one thing, L.A. would be even weirder than it is now." -Dave Barry"First-time novelist Eric Garcia pulls it off, keeping the laughs frequent and the plot intriguing. After a few chapters, it seems downright logical to believe we're surrounded by a cast out of Jurassic Park. Apart from showing off a splendidly warped imagination, Garcia provides a solid mystery." -People "Garcia has come up with an imaginative twist to the detective fiction genre." -Daily Variety "Audacious and imaginative. You might not believe any of this 30 seconds after you close the covers, but while it's going on you're going to be dazzled by Garcia's energy and chutzpah." -Publishers Weekly"Garcia plays it almost completely straight, respecting all noir traditions, and comes up with lovely touches." -Chicago Tribune"A 'noir-asaurus' of a novel, bellowing for attention, the first and only of its breed in the dinosaur detective genre. Garcia has written something so strange, so bizarre, that he's to be admired just for the attempt. And he not only pulls it off, he also actually makes you wonder why someone hasn't thought of it before. Garcia's tough guy deadpan is perfect for navigating his outrageous lost world, and the easy, familiar tone is probably what makes the premise so simple to swallow. Garcia talks the talk, and more importantly, he smirks in all the right places." -The Miami Herald "Vincent Rubio, the protagonist of this first-person--er, first-dino narrative is so likeable, the story handled with such deftness, that it actually, incredibly works. Spider Robinson meets Sam Spade. The writing is sardonic and strong in the hard-boiled tradition, and laced with jokes about the history humans think they know: Oliver Cromwell was a Brontosaur, and 'Capone and Eliot Ness were just two Diplodoci with a grudge to settle.'" -The Richmond Times Dispatch"Anonymous Rex leaps out of its gumshoe formula fast enough to break the genre barrier. Tina Young Choi

Anonymous Connections asks how the Victorians understood the ethical, epistemological, and biological implications of social belonging and participation. Specifically, Tina Choi considers the ways nineteenth-century journalists, novelists, medical writers, and social reformers took advantage of spatial frames-of-reference in a social landscape transforming due to intense urbanization and expansion. New modes of transportation, shifting urban demographics, and the threat of epidemics emerged during this period as anonymous and involuntary forms of contact between unseen multitudes. While previous work on the early Victorian social body have tended to describe the nineteenth-century social sphere in static political and class terms, Choi’s work charts new critical terrain, redirecting attention to the productive—and unpredictable—spaces between individual bodies as well as to the new narrative forms that emerged to represent them. Anonymous Connections makes a significant contribution to scholarship on nineteenth-century literature and British cultural and medical history while offering a timely examination of the historical forebears to modern concerns about the cultural and political impact of globalization.
