This book arose from the need to offer qualified psychosocial counselling to appropriately assist judges in custody litigation, with the aim of safeguarding the best interests of the child and adolescent population. As such, the object of study is the repercussions on parental educational styles correlated with the conflictual dynamics typical of destructive divorce and the probable consequences for the development of the children involved in these proceedings. In this way, the aim is to understand the transformations in the exercise of parenting in the midst of conflicting relational-communicational dynamics and their respective consequences on the developmental trajectory of the offspring. Although there is a vast amount of literature and research on destructive divorce and parenting styles, there is still a dichotomy between the two theoretical models, with very few attempts to correlate them. Furthermore, the vast majority of studies on parenting styles are based on a linear, positivist perspective. This book demonstrates the possibility of working with these theoretical contributions through a systemic, dynamic, processual and complex conception.

Questo libro nasce dall'esigenza di offrire una consulenza psicosociale qualificata per assistere adeguatamente i giudici nelle controversie in materia di affidamento, con l'obiettivo di salvaguardare il miglior interesse della popolazione infantile e adolescenziale. L'oggetto di studio sono le ripercussioni sugli stili educativi dei genitori correlati alle dinamiche conflittuali tipiche del divorzio distruttivo e le probabili conseguenze sullo sviluppo dei figli coinvolti in questi procedimenti. In questo modo, si intende comprendere le trasformazioni nell'esercizio della genitorialit in presenza di dinamiche relazionali-comunicative conflittuali e le rispettive conseguenze sulla traiettoria di sviluppo della prole. Sebbene esista una vasta letteratura e ricerca sul divorzio distruttivo e sugli stili genitoriali, esiste ancora una dicotomia tra i due modelli teorici, con pochissimi tentativi di correlarli. Inoltre, la maggior parte degli studi sugli stili genitoriali si basa su una prospettiva lineare e positivista. Questo libro dimostra la possibilit di lavorare con questi contributi teorici attraverso una concezione sistemica, dinamica, processuale e complessa.

Para o presente estudo foram realizadas simula es com o modelo RAMS - em sua vers o 6.0. Tendo como objetivo chave, simular o impacto causado pelo desmatamento total do Parque do Rio Coc no clima da cidade de Fortaleza. O processo de urbaniza o da cidade de Fortaleza est acontecendo de maneira descontrolada, como consequ ncia, a substitui o da vegeta o natural por superf cies artificiais, seguindo o exemplo do processo de crescimento das cidades dos pa ses em desenvolvimento. Para caracterizar o clima da cidade, foram realizados experimentos num ricos considerando-se dois cen rios: (1) substitui o dos tipos de vegeta o existentes no dom nio do modelo para a cidade de Fortaleza, por par metros ajustados a partir de dados de imagem de sat lite e (2) considera-se o desmatamento integral do Parque Ecol gico do Rio Coc , atrav s da substitui o por classes de cobertura vegetal do m dulo LEAF-3, podendo assim, identificar poss veis altera es nas vari veis que comp em o clima urbano. O modelo foi validado com os dados de observa es de algumas Plataformas de Coletas de Dados (PCDs) da Funda o Cearense de Meteorologia e Recursos H dricos (FUNCEME) na cidade de Fortaleza.
