Durant le travail, des localit s comme: Calbacier, Maton, Font-Tortue, Vincent-dron et Boino ont t identifi es de par leur r putation en cacaoculture pour collecter les donn es qui ont t recueillies travers les cinq (5) localit s, dont 30 cacaoyers par localit ont t choisis al atoirement dans un rayon de deux tiers d'un hectare (10000 m2), ce qui fait un total de deux cent quarante (240) cacaoyers mesur s par la m thode d crite par Purata en 2016. Pour estimer la biomasse, les param tres dendrom triques comme (H et D) ont t choisis etensuite, on a utilis l' quation allom trique de Chave et al., (2005). Par cons quent, le carbone a rien s questr a t projet par la biomasse dont le r sultat est multipli par le constant de l'IPCC, (2000).
