Long before NESARA, a project was born to restore the United States of America to its original Constitution of the Republic, and to remove the structure of the Corporate United States. This project began in the early 1950's and involved intelligent and patriotic minds of both civilian and military background. These people over the years became known as the White Knights. Out of this restoration process came the Prosperity Programs, the Farmer Claims, and finally NESARA. The children of the wealthy families on our planet became concerned about the future of our civilization, when they observed the poverty, disease, starvation and suffering of the masses. They saw the imbalance between the wealth of the few and the destitution of the many, and agreed among themselves to try to correct it. One hundred of these wealthy children, who came to be known as "wealthy visionaries", put one million dollars each, of their money, into investment programs in the 1980's called "roll programs" to generate funds to be used for humanitarian purposes. Thus, the Prosperity Programs were born. Gradually, news of this spread to the public and millions of people invested small amounts of their meager funds to aid in these various Prosperity Programs success. Also, during the 1970's and 1980's many U.S. farmers were losing their land, machinery, buildings, and cattle due to fraudulent foreclosures by the Federal Reserve Banks, in cooperation with the IRS. Many farmers joined forces and brought a class action lawsuit against the U.S. Government, the non-federal Federal Reserve Bank, and the IRS, for fraud against the farmers.

- The Sheriff is "the ultimate authority in the land." The Sheriff is the only elected law enforcement officer in the United States -- and therefore in his County. He's the only official who reports directly to the Source of power. He reports directly to "we the people", on the land. He is sovereign in this regard because he reports directly to the Sovereigns. That is why the Sheriff is the ultimate authority on the land. He's not a bureaucrat from Washington, DC. The President of the United States cannot tell your Sheriff what to do. So certainly, none of the other auxiliary departments underneath the president can tell the Sheriff what to do, and that includes the IRS, the EPA, OSHA, the FBI, the DEA, none of those agencies can tell the Sheriff what to do. But when they are in his sovereign jurisdiction, he can tell them what to do.

Our Republic is now celebrating the 222nd year of the Bill of Rights, to our Constitution. Through the wisdom of a few free-thinking men, we have come incredibly far in these years. Our nation has been blessed with prosperity more than any other in world history. The technology in this country compares with no other. Our leadership in world politics and economics has no rival. Yet all this has happened outside of the "house" our predecessors, on this continent, designed and built. This fantastic and majestic political building which our forefathers constructed with their lives and sacred honor, has fallen into disuse, and now sits empty. When it was new, it was the most beautiful mansion in the world. There was nothing else like it for it was built on a foundation called the "common law". The walls were shaped in liberty by a unique arrangement referred to as the separation of powers and its roof was made of transparent material to let in the light of the Law... so all encompassing that it is adaptable to any people, regardless of color, race, creed or religion. Our Republic did not crumble overnight. What took place was the result of a delusion, for people would never give up their liberty knowingly - only through deception. Gradually the deceptive-rot took hold and one by one the citizens of the house called a "Republic" moved out, into a third rate structure called a "Democracy".
