F nf Experimente wurden durchgef hrt, um diazotrophe Bakterien zu charakterisieren und den Einfluss dieser Bakterien auf Wachstum und Ertrag von Zuckerrohr zu bewerten. Ein erster Versuch wurde durchgef hrt, um vielversprechende Diazotrophe zu charakterisieren, die aus dem Boden-Pflanze-System von Zuckerrohr in sechs Zuckerrohranbaugebieten von Bangladesch gesammelt wurden. Zwei vielversprechende diazotrophe St mme wurden identifiziert als Acinetobacter calcoaciticus und Bacillus cereus. Es wurde ein In-vitro-Versuch durchgef hrt, um die Auswirkungen der beiden vielversprechenden Diazotrophenst mme auf das Wachstum und die Biomasseproduktion von Zuckerrohr zu bestimmen.
