Beschleuniger sind Organisationen, die sich auf die F rderung technologiebasierter Unternehmen, insbesondere skalierbarer Unternehmen, konzentrieren. Allerdings gibt es nur wenige Hinweise auf ihre Struktur und Hierarchie. Der Grund f r diesen Mangel ist, dass es sich um junge Organisationen handelt, von denen die ersten 2005 in den USA und 2008 in Brasilien gegr ndet wurden. Ziel dieser Studie war es daher, einen Vorschlag f r die Organisationsstruktur eines Beschleunigers f r technologiebasierte Unternehmen zu entwickeln. Als Methodik wurde eine bibliografische Referenzrecherche zu Schl sselthemen wie: Innovationshabitate; Organisationsstrukturmodelle angewandt. Um die f r die Ausarbeitung des Vorschlags f r die Organisationsstruktur erforderlichen Kenntnisse zu gewinnen. Das Ergebnis war ein Vorschlag f r eine Organisationsstruktur f r einen Beschleuniger f r technologiebasierte Unternehmen, der auf dem Modell der Team-Organisationsstruktur basiert. Das vorgeschlagene Modell wird als Leitfaden f r die Strukturierung neuer oder auch die Anpassung bestehender Beschleuniger dienen.
