While considerable efforts have been made to conceptualize and outline the theoretical and normative logic of mission-oriented innovation policies and the role of the entrepreneurial state, there is a stark lack of empirical studies concerning how missions are designed and executed, and when they may work or do not. How Fares the Entrepreneurial State? reviews theoretical rationales for mission-oriented innovation policy and provides an empirical overview of 30 articles which together cover 51 concluded or ongoing missions from around the world. The authors synthetize varieties of mission formulations, actors involved, and analyze characteristics of missions described as more or less failed or successful. Among the projects analyzed, many do not fulfill common definitions of ‘innovation missions’. Missions related to technological or agricultural innovations seem more often successful than broader types of missions aimed at social or ecological challenges, and challenges in the governance and evaluation of missions remain unresolved in the literature.

La diarisation du locuteur est le processus qui d tecte les locuteurs actifs et regroupe les signaux vocaux qui ont t mis par le m me locuteur. En g n ral, on peut trouver deux applications principales pour la diarisation du locuteur. Les syst mes de reconnaissance automatique de la parole utilisent les groupes homog nes de locuteurs pour adapter les mod les acoustiques en fonction du locuteur et donc augmenter les performances de reconnaissance. Les syst mes d'indexation du locuteur et de transcription riche utilisent galement la sortie de diarisation du locuteur comme une des informations extraites d'un enregistrement, ce qui permet son indexation automatique et d'autres traitements ult rieurs. Dans cette tude, une application de diarisation du locuteur est d velopp e - en utilisant des enregistrements binauraux multipartites de la parole - pour suivre l'activit du locuteur sur la base d'indices de diff rence de temps interauraux (ITD). Ces indices, pour une trame de signal vocal donn e, sont calcul s en utilisant le filtrage gammatone et la technique de corr lation crois e. Leurs valeurs sont utilis es pour d terminer quel locuteur de l'enregistrement produit le fragment de parole consid r . Ignoring the principle of historicism leads to the separation of the future from the past, to the violation of the historical chain, to the destruction of the natural unity of generations. Ethnopedagogy is also a sphere of historical and pedagogical science, which studies traditional and everyday culture - customs, symbols, traditions, folklore, crafts in different historical periods of development of the state and nation.
